This review is specific to this past weekend. Typically the bartenders here do a very good job however…… I ordered food at the bar this past Saturday. Food was good but bartender/ server never once came to check. Not once and the place was almost empty. Instead she chatted with two people at the end of the bar while I waited to pay the check and leave. Like I said….food good but service this past weekend was abysmal.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. The server was very rude and inattentive. There was an error in something my mother ordered and she was not apologetic, she instead blamed the kitchen. She offered my mother something else and when my mother declined she got upset and asked so are you done you want to wrap this up, referring to my food item. I was completely shocked and offended by her abrasive attitude. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager Justina stopped to listen to the server and her rendition of the incident instead of coming straight over to us to address the matter. I asked for the server to be removed from serving us which she did. Once removed from serving us, every time the server had to come past our table she rolled her eyes at us. I then addressed this with the manager and she said I don’t think she did that. I got upset and she continued to go back and forth with me and tried to address how I was handling being upset instead of taking accountability for what I told her occurred. Now this is the manager!!!! How do you address me getting frustrated after I tell you what I encountered!!! There was no instance in which she apologized for the severs behavior or tried to make the situation right. I have never in my life encountered something so unprofessional in my life!!!! I felt belittled and extremely disrespected.

Very racist place ,, we got there they offer you chip and nothing , ask for thr menu never come Supervisor is worse , they charged you for things that they don’t bring you . I seen with my eyes when white people come they run to offer them service. I will never go back there . That’s a shame that we still have racist .
