This place rocks! I’ve been hearing great things about Dos Eppi’s for a while, and my wife and I finally made it in. Now, we feel like we’ve been missing out! We loved the Puerto Rican rice and beans; we had Queso Bowls, one with pork and one barbacoa. Plenty of fresh toppings are added to your liking. We also had the tostones, which were a real eye-opener. We liked them so much, we ordered a dozen tostones to go. We will be stopping back for lunch and to grab more tostones whenever we head through downtown Defiance! Special thanks to Maddie behind the counter for recommending to us first-timers what the “regulars” get!

Dos Eppi’s is a local establishment. They offer Puerto Rican food that is absolutely delicious. My personal favorite are the queso bowls. The layout would be similar to a Chipotle or Qdoba to give you an idea.

My food was cold, the tortillas on the enchiladas was very mushy. The food was out into a cardboard takeout box that was soggy by the time I got home. Another order I asked for beef tacos and received chicken. This was my first visit and last visit.

Did not expect to find Puerto Rican restaurant in Defiance, let alone a really good one. The P.R. bowl was fantastic, the cabbage slaw perfectly cut the richness of the other ingredients. And the tostones I will be back.
