Our food trailer is brand new to the area. We sell traditional Puerto Rican cuisines with influences we picked up while on our travels.

My brother Don Juan Medina and I started our dream of selling our food during the pandemic. After years of planning, and perfecting our recipes we are finally ready to bring what we have to offer to the colorado scene.

Our unique blend of traditional Puerto Rican and East Coast inspired flavors will make your mouth water.

today here at barefoot lakes cove worst service ever seen my wife stay there for 1hour and a half waiting for two worst plates and all the people was angry too and expensive I don’t recomend
