This place is spectacular! I’ve been wanting some made from scratch, innovative, fresh, amazing food and Dos Santos delivered. The environment and decor is awesome, the food was unbelievable, and the service from Mariah and her trusty trainee, Emily, was impeccable. I’m so thankful we found this spot and imagine many more days enjoying the creations they’ve invented for our enjoyment. We tried the chips and salsas, several tacos, hibiscus limeade, and the to die for flan. I’m overwhelmed with what to say because each item was so amazing – I’m at a loss for words and will try to find them for my next update. Give your mouth an adventure, your body a chill place to hang, and enjoy the outstanding service because you deserve it and this place is a gift to all of us!

Was in the mood for tacos on a Tuesday night around 8pm and this was one of the only places open relatively late in Castle Rock. The reviews were good and I was excited to try the extravagant tacos pictured on the menu. First off these tacos are 6.50 A PIECE! If you wanna do some math real quick that’s $13 for two MEDIOCRE tacos. We tried the Korean Marinade beef taco safe to say tasted like cilantro bath water. These tacos are also minuscule. For two over 6ft people with relatively big appetites one taco will be finished within two bites. I’m not even exaggerating. The only reason I’m not putting a one star was because the shrimp taco was good, that one was at least three bites. Still incredibly overpriced. The ginger beer by itself was also severely watered down. Will not be coming back

Amazing little downtown bar! Great patio space. Awesome drink choices (hibiscus marg is insane). Tacos are incredible. Will definitely be back! (Ask for the taco of the month!)

Man I wish these tacos were just a liiiittttllle cheaper, I would be here ALL…THE…TIME! Got a good variety of tacos (plus guac and margs!) and they were all pretty darn good! But is it worth it? For me, I’m right on the fence. Totally cravable, but I personally can’t just grab a lunch there frequently at that cost, call me cheap but that is just me. I get it, it’s Castle Rock, we’re up and coming! All that being said, I will certainly be returning.

Castle Rock location so far is well worth the time and trip if out of the area. The drinks are especially delicious (ask for spicy) the food is great. During happy hour you can walk out feeling amazing and full. Being a Texas taco guy I can say these are great …pricier then what I would see back home but delicious. Take your time ring friends and enjoy the atmosphere great staff and good food and drink.

Review for the window breakfast service only. I’ve been stopping every Saturday or Sunday. Food is made fresh and is delicious. I love it. Service is inconsistent and most times, substantially lacking. I Ordered one burrito. Tipped $4. Gave the cashier a $20 and he asked if I wanted my change. That seems like an unreasonable request. He said it’s at the owner’s request. Just stop that. There was one person a head of me who also ordered one burrito. Waited 15-20 minutes. There appeared to be one take out order in the queue as well. If you have the luxury of time, this is a good stop. Some kitchen organization seems to be in order to balance those who order at the window and waiting versus phone orders.
