The most disrespectful workers ever. I was waiting in line right in front of them and the workers skipped over me and began serving the next person. I said I was here first so they took my boyfriends order and then again skipped me and began to ring him up. I said “hello I’m still here I would like to order” and they responded “oh you want something?” And another worker came and said that they were just confused as to why I was there so I left. It was such a horrible and disrespectful experience. I just wanted a quesadilla, I didn’t need to be treated like that.

This location is very high-volume; particularly around lunchtime, which I understand but the quality of customer service should not be sacrificed.. the staff were not communicative when I went to pick up my order, and my order was wrong and missing the dressing I requested.

I must say I may not have gone at the right time it was obviously peak time lunch. Long lines but moved pretty quickly. The service however was horrendous they were going so quickly and forgot to put in certain things I asked for and just didn’t seem to care but to get the line moving. Anyways left with my bowl of rice beans chicken guacamole sweet corn and habanero sauce. The taste definitely was worth it! Honestly didn’t expect it to taste so good but loved it !

Step aside Chipotle. This place is one of my favorites! The food is always fresh and although the line is usually long, the service is quick. Everything is good here but I especially love the carnitas on a quesadilla. Seating is tight (about 12 total seats) so plan to eat somewhere else.
