Tonkotsu ramen was very good and a good value for the price. The broth was thick and loved the thick and slightly chewy noodles. Char Siu had a good char and scallions added a touch of freshness. The egg was a bit over boiled.

For those reviews that ranked this place’s price range as $30-50 per person… Make me question their legitimacy.

My fav ex Ramen place is closed and saw the review isn’t good for this shop, but I still give a try to review the critics. I have high expectations on Japanese Ramen authenticity, thus here is my review.

Perfect type of meal for the rainy day. We were stopping by to try wagyu mania. I saw a couple of people pass by with the ramen and decided to join the soup adventure. They were a little bit understaffed as the orders with the while but the soup came out pipping hot. Most def coming back !

I tried the Aka tonkostsu and a pork Chashyu bun and they both were perfection. I didn’t release until I was there that the other ramen business wasn’t there. This one was just as good with differnet types of ramen. I would recommend trying it out.

the ramen was just disgusting. the broth tasted like hotdog water and I wouldn’t be surprised of they sneeze in the food at that.

My husband enjoyed his Pork Chasyu and Karaage Bowl (Ramen combo $12.95). They did forget to not put onions on the Karaage, but he just picked them off.

I go here all the time for lunch and always get the chicken karaage bowl. Delicious dark juicy thigh meat with perfectly crispy outside. But, ever since august 8, they changed the recipe, or started using a different meat. It’s no longer as juicy, it’s mostly white meat, and the outside isn’t as crispy, and flakes off the meat.

It took 21 minutes to get a pork chasyu bun. There were several orders that got theirs before mine.
