WOW!!! So finally, I ate here at my husband’s request. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at how good and well seasoned my food (steak) was. I ordered a bowl and couldn’t even finish it bc it was so full. Without a doubt, I will be returning to try another bowl.

If you’re looking for somewhere different to eat I highly suggest DosBros! My wife and I just ate for the first time here in Rome. It is in a word AMAZING! And we’re tough food critics. All their food is fresh, never frozen and prepared fresh everyday! I had the bowl, my wife had the nachos both were off the chain great! There’s just so much better flavor when fresh ingredients are used. We met the new owner Jay and his sister and wife. Super nice folks and helped us through ordering and even advised us how to actually get more for less money. You gotta try it!

I did the skip the line thing and it took over an hour for me to get my food. I should have stayed in line. Then the food wasn’t hot and it wasn’t tasty for the $20 I paid. Not super happy about it. The only thing I liked was the guacamole…

The food was great. The lemonade tasted like it was in a dirty container, but the thing that bothered me was the fact that the cashier was texting on his phone the entire time he was trying to work. He only put the phone aside long enough to ring someone up. Very unprofessional. See attached photo.

So upset. the normal employees are incredible and don’t charge for things NOT LISTED AS A CHARGE. I come here 2-4 times every week. I go today and she tries to give me one scoop of rice for a bowl… when it is normally 2 full scoops. I mentioned that and she had an attitude. I then said cheese and she did the smallest sprinkle. when I asked for more she gave me attitude and barely put anymore on there. she then proceeded to charge me for extra cheese. in my two years of coming here i’ve NEVER had that happen. I told them that and they argued with me! like excuse you? they then said it’s because they were from the dalton store. like i don’t care. treat us how we deserve to be treated as customers. and don’t try changing how EVERYTHING has been for years without making a sign or something letting people know. very disappointed and most likely will not be coming here until these “dalton” employees leave.
