Out of exhaustion from travel, I ventured into my hotel’s restaurant with no expectations. I was quickly impressed by my bartender/waitress, Emma, and her very friendly and helpful service. Enjoyed a lovely cocktail, and then a delicious sandwich which hit the spot! (You know that feeling after traveling a while, where you’ve eaten out so much nothing sounds good? Try this place to break that feeling!)

The most magnificent infused cocktails I have ever had. My waiter Rabel was so friendly and helpful, and even the chef came to check on me to make sure I liked my meal. The food came insanely fast and the street tacos were perfect. One thing I don’t enjoy at many restaurants and diners is being checked on every five minutes, because I feel like I’m being rushed out of the seat. I like to take my time and savor not just the food but the experience and my surroundings as well, at Dott Boss I didn’t feel rushed and although my waiter checked in to make sure the food and cocktails were to my liking, he gave me space and time to relax.

Excellent service. Awesome flavor. The wife and i visited Dott Boss a few weeks ago during a weekend getaway. Obviously we are not from the Kansas City area. She found it thru Google, and also close to the hotel we were staying at, the rest is history. Visited on a Sunday for brunch. I do not recall the names of the dishes we ordered, but the experience was great. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Delicious brunch! We got the brioche French toast and biscuits & gravy with the intent to split half, but the French toast was so good, I almost ate it all before realizing it! It was just crispy enough and the sweet cream on the plate was a perfect addition. The dinner & cocktail menu looked great as well, so we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

My friend and I loved our dinner, she had steak tips and I had a cavatappi with creamy pesto sauce. The place is stylish and beautiful. The service was very attentive and friendly; the chef even greeted us during our meal. My one disappointment was that they had no fresh pepper grinder for the restaurant.
