We’ve dined here before, but it felt like all the food on the most recent visit had taken a big step down in quality. We arrived around six fifteen on a Friday night and got our food twenty minutes later – probably because everything was cooked way ahead of time. I even heard a server at another table day tell them, “Wow, you already got your dinner? That’s really fast!” They probably got heat and eat meals too.

We have family in the general Dells vicinity and have been a few times … the first was during Covid and the staff here were the first we saw to wear clear face masks, so communication was clear and concise. Otherwise, we would never have realized we were in the middle of a pandemic. The restaurant was so professional and the staff attentive, not to mention their fabulous and varied menu.

We had an excellent experience at double cut!! From all that was involved. From the hostess waiter, cooks and other staff!! Brock was our waiter, he has only been there 4 months an has done an excellent job waiting on us!!! An never once go upset with my picky mother. Thank you to all at Double Cut an excellent job

We went last year and had one of the best food experiences I’ve ever had at a steakhouse. We ordered the Cattleman’s Board, some starters, drinks, and lobster. Everything was done to perfection. The only thing I wished was better was the service, as our waitress disappeared for up to 15 minutes at a time.

The entry is mesmerizing with all of the bottles of wine. I tried my first Wisconsin Old Fashion-Not too sweet, but nice. The servers were super accommodating and very nice. I enjoyed my dinner-See our menu!

Food was high quality, fun items on menu, high end atmosphere, we only got one drink refill, one food order was not correct, waitress never came back to check, I had to go to the bar and ask if we could have our order corrected, about 15 minutes later our waitress came back but everyone else was done eating so we asked if they would just take the steak off our bill. We had ordered medium well and it came out rare, which would have been an easy fix, but not having an available waiter everyone else had finished eating, not worth sitting longer until they fixed it. It is a very expensive restaurant. Food would be worth it if cooked correctly, but our waitress only came to our table once to give us refills. So empty cups during meal, no one to correct a very undercooked steak. Other than that it was enjoyable, but for the price I would expect much much better service. The tip was auto added, so our waitress made over a hundred dollar tip for taking our order and giving us one refill. So a hundred bucks for about 7 minutes work, thanks Obama

Mallory was our server and we requested her, again, as we had been lucky to have her as our server the 1st time we were here. Top knotch service and very friendly. It was as though a friend was serving us. Double Cut would be a fool if they let this one go!! Thanks, Mallory for being an awesome server.
