The manager is insanely rude and the food is NOT the typical double decker standards. I ordered the honey bbq wrap and it didn’t have any lettuce or tomato as described on the menu. We have loved double decker but since they changed hands the food has gone downhill and the manager doesn’t care. He said some rude and inappropriate comments when I tried to rectify numerous situations over the past few orders. We are done ordering from this location.

Decided to try this place out in 220 Wilmington west Chester pike glen mils after a few girls from work orderd it saying it was the best food they ever tried and I must say THIS IS THE BEST RESTAURANT I EVER TRIED . No restaurants in Delaware ( where I live) lives up to this restaurant or their food or their service ! Definitely going to become a regular here 🙂

I order inside and out all the time. So when I found a location near my new home in Chadds Ford I was excited. I read some of the recent reviews and saw some bad ratings but figured to give this location a try. After a long day at work. I decide to get my favorite inside and out chicken steak with no sauce and added fried onions. When I got home and took the 1st bite I knew something was wrong. After the second bite I had to cut it open to see what was in it. To my surprise Sprinkle size piece of chicken steak and chopped up fried onions the fried onions were 10 times the size the meat …. It seams like brunt pieces from scraping meat from when you clean a grill. I couldn’t believe it. Please view the picture. Very disappointed I can’t believe the same owner owns the Ridley store no way…. I was thinking to call and complain but they are all adults and they knew exactly what kind of food they are selling to people.. they should be ashamed of themselves for putting out that type of food with the double decker name behind it.

Been coming here for years! I have had nothing but great experiences! I come here every two weeks! Double Decker is a Delco Staple and the only place you can get an INSIDE OUT. They make the absolute best buffalo chicken inside outs. I always get extra blue cheese and it is always phenomenal. 10/10 it’s a must to visit and get an inside out!
