The appetizers were excellent. The wedge salad came with toasted bread and tomato slices… The toasted bread was crunchy and firm, yet easy to break. And the Bleu cheese dressing was one of the best I’ve tried. Not to mention the absolutely crispy bacon on top of it. The steaks were thick cuts of beef expertly prepared. And the service was just impeccable.

The atmosphere was great, but I was really disappointed to see guests dressed in cutoffs and sweatshirts. The food was very good, but served so hot that I burned my tongue on the first bite. Double Nickle came highly recommended.

Steaks are great. Top two in Lubbock. Chilean sea bass is the best I’ve had, one of my favorites. Atmosphere is a little stiff but nice place nonetheless. Service is usually top notch.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience overall. We were greeted as soon as we entered, and we notice the place had a low light atmonphere with some Jazz in the background. A perfect start for a birthday dinner celebration. Once we sat on the table we waited a litttle too much for the waiter to come and ask for drinks. He gently filled the cups with water and asked for our drinks. We ordered two drinks; however, one came first and the other one came 5 minutes later. First mistake, please make sure you bring the drinks at the same time, that way none of us has to wait, and we can toast together.

Side dishes were soggy and grease soaked. steak poorly seasoned and medium/well not rare. Rare is rare. A steak house should know how to prepare a steak properly. Very disappointed. Overall service and experience was sub-par.

Unassuming facade. Romantic, dimly lit, cozy interior. Service standards are a blast from the past – etiquette that has mostly been lost today. Food was not drowning in sauces/spices, but well-balanced flavors throughout. Husband had filet mignon, I had Atlantic Salmon. We each had a glass of wine, and received surprise complimentary glasses of champagne while celebrating our recent elopement. Matt is going to be an excellent addition to your crew – said he has about a week of training left. Bananas foster for desert was rich, dense, and filling. We couldn’t finish! Folks in everything from tshirts to button downs treated with respect and high class dignity/service. We will return when in the area! Thank you!
