I ordered 2 pizzas tonight one cheeseburger and one the Manhattan the cheeseburger was not good at all per the website it states “Fresh ground beef “ and “Lots of cheddar cheese” this lacked both. The ground beef is not fresh it is the cheaper ground beef you get at cash and carry and it also lacked in cheese by alot. I also got bread sticks these were very good and the marinara sauce is good but is lacking a good amount on the pizza. Lastly I would say the pizzas needed to be cooked a little more.

Tastes great, and we’ve eaten here once before and loved it. But the last time I picked up a pizza here, I was pretty disappointed when I opened the box. The bacon was distributed awfully, with some slices having no bacon and some with way too much clustered together. It also does not include the “Roma mix” that the chicken bacon ranch is supposed to come with. I enjoyed this place but will probably look somewhere else next time because this is pretty sad

Ordered our 2 pizzas, breadsticks and wings at 7, said it wouldn’t be ready for an hour. Finally at 845 it was ready. Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before someone acknowledged me. No one was wearing gloves, they would get on their phones and then go back to touching the food without washing their hands. Asked for white sauce on my pizzas and they put red sauce. My wings were cold and not done all the way. I have had them before and they were great but last night was the worst experience. Called store to tell someone and got horrible customer service there also.

08-08-2023 at 7:30PM went in and ordered a giant pizza, 6 wings and a giant Parmesan stick. I did not check the box when I left the store and by the time I opened it they already closed. I only received 3 slices of pizza and the worst part was that they were cold ( not even warm). The wings were hot but they are at best average (you can buy the same quality at Safeway or any grocery store) the Parmesan stick was actually good. I paid almost $50 for 3 cold slices of pizza and 6 wings. Needless to say I won’t be back.

I took a chance and tried a different pizza place for delivery. While the ordering process was fairly seamless and easy and Door Dash completed the delivery in a decent time frame, the food was definitely not worth it. The giant size Manhattan pizza was undercooked and overloaded. You can have too much of a good thing, and with this pizza , it seemed like they just dumped a bucket of veggies on top. This prevented the pizza from cooking properly. The middle was a soppy, wet mess. If they had just gone easy on the onions, peppers, olives, and mushrooms, the crust wouldn’t have absorbed so much water, and might have had a chance to cook.

We needed to place the pizzas in our oven to finish cooking. The pizza quality reminds me a lot of a digiorno frozen pizza. The wings were large but cooked at a low temperature, so the skin was soggy. Both salads ordered either had missing ingredients or ingredients not on the menu. The breadsticks were bomb though. I will not be going back. Sorry guys.

Poor girl was working alone and had many orders. We called for pick up she quoted 20 min and it took over an hour. Not her fault. Understaffed. We ordered 2 giant or jumbos that to me where about the size of a large at other places. A bit over priced for the size.
