I ordered the 1/2 waffle stuffed with chicken and gravy. The chicken and gravy are savory and the waffle is a bit sweet. I enjoy the savory and sweet combination. I think it kind of tastes like chicken pot pie but missing the carrots and celery. I definitely want to try one of the dessert ones, that will be my next purchase.

I went to the sunflower festival today and wanted something to eat. I went to this truck and the guy working it said to wait about 10 minutes while he was getting everything ready, 15 minutes go by and he’s not even at the truck. When he comes back after almost 45 minutes, it takes him another 25 to get a couple stuffed waffles done.

I had the bananas foster waffle and it was crazy good. There was only one guy working but he was doing a great job. It can’t be easy to staff for conventions – if getting your food takes a bit I promise it will be worth the wait!
