Legitimate Italian dough and technique makes every bite of the traditional pizza options an aromatic and explosive adventure! The vibe is pizza-chic with ample seating and comfortable visibility of the gorgeous brick oven. My service was exceptional, they caught mistakes before I did. Great wine list with global options. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Always a fantastic experience at Dough! You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and the mozzarella burrata appetizer is out of the world. The service is excellent, and they have a very good drink menu as well, not to mention the pizza – cheese, crust, and sauce are all incredible. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in town!

First meal in San Antonio and OMG by far my favorite. The signature truffle burrata was the best I have EVER had. The service was amazing, can’t remember his name but very attentive. The owner was very hands on as well! The drinks and pizza were 10/10 but my mother & I cant stop talking about the burrata. They even gave my 4 year old some dough to play with! Definitely will go back before we leave.

Choose this pizza spot specifically because I heard they made fresh Mozzarella. It was delicious. The only thing is I wish you had more choices to eat it with because I don’t eat tomatoes and it’s only served with tomatoes and flatbread. Therefore, eating the Mozzarella before you even get your pizza with the flatbread, I could barely eat one piece of pizza. I did like the pizza. I’m not a huge sauce person, and to me, it had the perfect amount of sauce on the pizza, and the pepperoni were cooked a little crunchy which I like! The service was great we had multiple staff checking up on our table. They even made us fresh flatbread to go with our Mozzarella because trust me, I was taking that with me!! With all this being said, it’s a must try pizza spot if ever in the area!

Dough, I remember coming here years ago and enjoying it. This time I absolutely loved it! You have to order the sampler of beer, the sampler of burrate, and every pizza on the menu, it’s all spectacular. And you cannot talk enough about the dough, the bread the crust, it’s exceptional. We had 13 for a soccer team and they accommodated us with a smile, the service was amazing! Come here, eat here, drink here, you’ll ENJOY IT!!
