I really could have given fewer stars, but honestly the staff’s response was better than I could have expected. My husband and I stopped in from a road trip a little dusty and more towards the late lunch crowd. We’d already been turned around from another eatery we wanted to try for the July 4 holiday, and weren’t sure if the parade crowd would make this place packed. Anyways, we love Dough Zone, having been to multiple in the Seattle metro. We placed our order and waited… And waited… And then noticed folks seated much after we placed our order were getting dishes and we’d seen absolutely nothing. We flagged down some staff to see what was up, and they immediately figured it out. I guess we weren’t in the system, so they didn’t know where to take our order? Or maybe it was a new host? It had been about 45 minutes since we had parked in the nearby structure with parking validation available. In any case, we eventually had a delightful time, and will still come back to Dough Zone even with a weird service experience!

It doesn’t get any better than this place for Asian dumplings. We prefer this place over Din Tai Fung. Great menu. Great staff. Great food. You need to park in the QFC parking garbage for this place if you don’t find street parking. Small location but great food. Very busy during peak hours.

I ordered a sizeable order over the phone and was told it would take 15 minutes (which was accurate). I was greeted when entered, attended to immediately, and was in and out for a pickup order in under a minute.

Always enjoy it when I’m able to go to Dough Zone. Everything tends to be good and tastes fresh. I really enjoyed the spicy beef pancake roll and the sweet spicy garlic sauce that comes with the wontons. Dough Zone is a great spot because just about everyone can find something they will like on the menu.

First, before the food, the meal has even started, there is the thermos of ice water brought to the table which I think is flat out genius. I don’t know why I’ve never seen this at a restaurant before! It is a thoughtful gesture that totally sets me up to like this restaurant! Then the small dishes of shredded ginger, another great small offering I’ve never seen before.

Dough Zone doesn’t disappoint. I only had time to grab a quick, late lunch so I didn’t get to sit and enjoy the food as long as I would have liked, but what I had was fantastic! The Dan Dan noodles and pork soup dumplings were especially great. I will definitely come back to explore more of the menu next time I’m in the area.
