Fairly disappointed with the service. I asked them to let me know what their cheese ingredients are, and he just mentioned there is no pork enzymes and when I asked if he can tell me the ingredients again, he started getting mad and started yelling and slammed the phone on me. I didn’t get the ingredients of the cheese nor got a chance yo ask about the pizza sauce. Yes, I wanted to know the ingredients for halal and haraam, but I also needed to check for any ingredients related to allergies for my daughter. I’m very disappointed. We still bought the food for the other people, but my family didn’t eat it.

Ordered Falafel Gyro platter and instead of rice they gave dry bread and falafel was completely burnt and hard. No sauce provided. Bad service and no value for money!!

This place is great; have been a customer for many years – definitely our go-to pizza place – the crust and the sauce are just right. Great family owned business with nice staff. Have moved farther recently and can’t find nearly as good NY style pizza anywhere since!

Nice place to eat when it first started years ago. No hospitality for new customers. one word answers not friendly atmosphere at all . My wife was disappointed with the service and the reception that she received. Truthfully I used to eat there regularly but now since the decline in attitudes. I do without. I just cook for myself. Chicken wings are sometimes good and sometimes pot luck. They need a reality check to understand why the drop-off in the rating they receive.

The lamb gyro salad is a must try. The lamb is so juicy, taste, and seasoned well that it goes perfectly with salad. Also, the customer service is top-notch every time I go to the restaurant to place place and order.

Douglas pizza..my big toe!! Horrible! This is Hala food! And without posting it anywhere! I called the town because halal food is supposed to be advertised as such. They (town) did nothing! Actually even making an excuse that hala food is only a religious was of preparing the food. I think this is my second review looks like they deleted the other. Must know someone!

I bought pizza and chicken wings at this location yesterday night. Horrible wings. And bottom part of the pizza also completely burned out. Wasted my $30 to eat the burnt crust and rubbery chicken wings. We had to cook again at home. I won’t recommend this place. Thank you

Easter Sunday – our 2 favorite Pizza places were closed so we gave Douglass another try. Ordered 1/2 plain and 1/2 onion & peppers. The topping were plentiful. Lack of sauce and flavor made the crust very bland reminded me of a frozen pizza. For $17 I should have gone to Stop and Shop and bought A frozen pizza.
