We’re in town for a wedding and found this gem through other Google reviews. This Cafe did not disappoint, high marks for friendly service, coffee refills, order taken in a timely manner and of course the food arrived hot, and delicious. Our party ordered biscuits and gravy with bacon and eggs, they were very generous with the scrumptious gravy and my goodness the biscuits were fluffy, other orders included the ham and cheese omelet and the 3 egg breakfast with sausage. Everyone ate their breakfast. Come here with an appetite! Definitely recommend Dove Creek Cafe.

Husband and I stumbled upon this place on accident and so glad we did! Has a nice little hometown vibe to it. The portions are huge, and the good was amazing. I got the chicken fried biscuits and gravy, the chicken fried chicken was made to perfection. My husband got the meat lovers omelet and French toast. Will definitely be back!

After me and my family going here for years and the service and food being great, to this past six months we have gone a total of three times and it being terrible it was time I share it with everyone. The atmosphere is not so friendly they have forgotten one or two of my family members plates after we all have waited awhile for our food to already come out, so we all have to wait to eat while our food gets cold and all the, I guess new owners say is I’m sorry, especially the guy with the little brown hat on, that sits you then walks around like he’s lost most the time! But this past Thursday me and my family decided after a school function to go give it one last try and yes at first it was weird to think there serving at dinner time, but we still went. What a mistake!!! We walk in and it’s not busy but we are waiting to be seated and finally the mustache lady yells y’all seat yourselves! So we do with three boys the youngest two and there hungry and thirsty! And we sit and and she keeps saying I’ll be right with you, and in the mean time my wife walks to go get our own menus so we are ready when she comes. After waiting 20 min we decide to just leave. This place used to be great and why cause of the cooks. New owners need to go back to the drawing board!!!

Delicious breakfast! I had a fried chicken biscuit with sausage gravy! It also came with two eggs and two bacon strips. Sooooo much food, you won’t leave hungry for sure! I got a pancake on the side, beware they’re huge! As big as the plate it’s on (a large round plate).

This place doesn’t look like much on the outside but don’t let that fool you! The food here is excellent and the service was even better! The chicken fried steak was top notch and the tea was just the right amount of sweet. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend you try it too!
