First time eating at Downtown 124. The place was hopping on a Saturday night with more than 3/4th of the tables full, but we got a table for four without a wait. Our waitress, Katie, was very friendly, efficient and checked in with us throughout our dinner. The food was hot and presented beautifully. I ordered the Tuna Poke bowl but asked them to cook the tuna since I do not like raw fish. It was perfect. The hot pepper and oil appetizer was very tasty and will definitely order it again. The blackened chicken tacos and downtown burger were also excellent! We also ordered the Spaghetti Pomodoro, and the sauce was just okay; a 6 out of 10. We will be back again.

I try to be honest with my reviews in no way am I trashing or biased. And yes, if needed, I will tell the server or manager if there is an issue that warrants new food or a refund, etc. We went on a wednesday night at seven thirty. There were 3 of us, and we sat at the bar. The place was decently busy. I would say six people sitting at the bar when we arrive about eight tables full. The atmosphere is very similar to the original restaurant before not much change but was nice before. I will say there was a rather loud, intoxicated individual at the bar making conversation a little hard. Onto the food, we ordered the calamari and the burrata appetizer. The calamari was extremely overcooked. The tentacle parts were unedible. The owner recognized there was an issue with fried food. The burrata was good. However, it was more of a mozzarella than a burrata. There was no cream. I ordered the chicken marcella. It came with two breast mashed potatoes and a small hidden amount of zucchini. The breast were fried and extremely tough on the outside they had no flavor whatsoever. The marcella sauce was more like a gravy and consisted of maybe a tablespoon that had jelled up. The zucchini was so thin that it became a mush. My meal was not that great. My friend ordered the pork shank. I have to say it was really good. Huge portion great flavor lots of mushroom demi glaze. My other friend ordered the chicken and green’s panini. It came on a sub bun, so I don’t consider that necessarily a panini. The chicken was slightly overcooked. The star of the show was the greens. Her fries were almost unedible due to being overcooked. Overall, if they fixed the fryer issue and tweaked a few things, it could be a great restaurant.

Took a little adventure drive to Warren and discovered this terrific restaurant! Stopped in for happy hour, decided to eat dinner. Sat at the bar. Inviting atmosphere and very friendly service. A marvelous marcella (with mushrooms) sauce complimented my chicken & risotto! The local guests were pleasant to chat with too. I look forward to trying more items on the menu. Thank you! 4.5 review.

We started with a few cocktails, the lethal lemon with fresh thyme was so refreshing, also tried I hate mondays which was also refreshing with an orange tang. Will definitely order both drinks again but can’t wait to try the other cocktails offered as well. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their drinks. We also ordered hot peppers in oil, good flavor but not hot for sure, the mini warm pita breads served with the peppers was a delightful change. Lastly we ordered our main course, I got the chicken and greens panini and let me say the greens were perfect! The entire sandwich was yummy but the greens sealed the deal, chicken was grilled and seasoned perfectly, the bread was toasted and warm and the cheese was melted to perfection. Chris ordered the downtown burger it was seasoned well and the bacon jam sealed the deal. Definitely a cool place to check out downtown, we will be back. My only small complaint is our waitress, Bailey, seemed inexperienced and scared so hopefully she gains some confidence but she was very sweet.

Exceptional cocktail menu. Presentation of plates equals the quality of food which is fantastic . Service is great . Make reservations if your plans include going to a local show . If you’re in a hurry maybe go to McDonalds since Downtown 124 is an experience that takes time . Highly recommend . A terrific addition to downtown Warren . Kudos to the owner and staff .

Highly recommend Downtown 124. The appetizers and entrees were excellent. I really enjoyed my “Up in Smoke” cocktail. Service was great and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu. My salmon was cooked perfectly. We can’t wait to go back.
