One of the best local business breakfasts in town! They stay busy too! One of my favorite spots in Augusta to eat alone and enjoy the flow of life. It is really a peaceful atmosphere. Speaking from someone who always sits by the window to see the river across the street.

Been my favorite diner since 2016, 6yrs. Always get 2 eggs + corned beef hash, rye toast with butter, and hash browns. It always tastes the same, and is cooked wonderfully. The eggs are always so fluffy!!

The reason that I’m rating one star is that generally when I pay at a restaurant by credit card, I leave my tip in cash. Long story behind that. Anyway, I did the same here and a few days later I got a warning from my credit card company that a 39% tip was added to my bill. 39% on top of the 20% in cash! CC company removed it. Cheats! (Also, hollandaise is powder mix. Yuk.)

Had a great breakfast. Local atmosphere with friendly waitresses. Jolene and Christy were good conversation and the locals were nice. This street is gorgeous too.

The two ladies waitressing at this restaurant need a little more training on their menu, pricing and customer service for that matter. When asked why the food, I bought two week in a row, was 2 dollars more they stated “oh I must have forgotten to charge you for that.” Instead of making things right and doing right by a new customer they chose to be petty older women. I’m sure if the two older gentleman ordering next to me had said this they would have done what ever to make the customer happy, I would avoid this place. Poor service, poor food.

Went out today for lunch and they only had breakfast, cool thats fine ordered a pancake which was good and the home fries which were not. Large 1-2″ chunks of almost raw potatoes barely anything small and crispy homefrie like… My companions were pretty happy with their meals though one that ordered over medium eggs was definitely over easy they didn’t complain though. Homefries definitely need to be chopped smaller and fried crispy or at least get SOME color on them..

Great look. Service was difficult until you got your food. Felt rushed. Coffee was bland. Food was not consistent. Eggs overcooked. Burnt French toast.

Food was great. Nice location across from the river. Will definitely be back again! This place really knows how to make hollandaise sauce which is hard to find!

Basic diner food at a reasonable price, clean surroundings, good service. Everything was just “adequate,” except the coffee which was weak and unsatisfying.
