My wife and I walked in here tonight to eat dinner. We decided to try something different. We walked in and was greeted by Maribel the waitress. Vert friendly and very informative on the drinks and flavors. We also asked which is the most popular dish. So, she explained a few dishes. Empanada was a little dry but the meat was juicy and tender. The salsas were good good flavor food. Service was on point. Thank you Maribel we will be returning to try the breakfast.

So my husband and I drove by this place and figured we check it out. It said breakfast and Lunch Cafe I figured it would be a hip american style breakfast. Well it’s a bit of everything, American , Mexican, and Peruvian. We decided to have Peruvian today. My husband had the (Lomo ah el pobre) he said the steak was a tad bit salty and chewy . He enjoyed the Plantains and the rest of the dish was basic. I had the aji pollo, the sauce was well seasoned good flavor , the chicken wasn’t fresh it tasted like it was a rotisserie chicken cooked the day before. It would have been better if the chicken was cooked fresh. We also had the empanadas which were good in flavor and the crust was really good, but they were very very dry. It needed a saucy filling. My daughter had. Bean and cheese burrito which was basic. The staff was not as friendly, there was only a cook and waitress. The waitress was not as responsive , not really friendly. I doubt it was a language barrier because she understood me . she definitely needs to have more hospitality. It was a lil to pricy for the quality. I paid $66.00 for 2 dishes empanadas , and a burrito. Over all its meh I dunno if it’s a place I’d go back to. It’s not a place we’re I’d say (it was soo good I’d crave it again). But maybe it will be of your liking. I won’t say don’t go here , but hope you have a better experience.

The food tastes like a home cooked meal from your own kitchen; so delicious! Lomo Saltado is a must try. I’m happy when we can find good, quality food that is local owned. We love to support small businesses in our area. Keep up the good work!

We were trying to find a breakfast spot that was off the radar on a Saturday morning. The service was great and food was hot and delicious. We ordered the tacu tacu ( steak with fried egg on a bed of rice, beans and plantains with an extra side of fried plantains). Also ordered two chicken empanadas. The steak was tender and juicy. The meal was ample enough for two. We enjoyed every morsel. We will definitely be back.

All the food was flavorless. We were hoping to learn what Peruvian tasted like and all 3 friends no one was happy with their food. I understand restaurants watching the salt, but there was no real herbs seasonings or flavors. First and last time, we won’t be going back. We wondered if perhaps it wasn’t the regular cook.

We were met by a very friendly server on a Sunday evening. My wife had shrimp saltado, and I had beef saltado. Wok style dishes with onions, tomatoes, and French fries served with rice. The dishes were served promptly, as we could see the chef preparing the food. Serving sizes were generous, and both dishes were delicious. Nice to have a restaurant serving something other than burgers or burritos in the high desert. Also had a bottle of Peruvian beer. Wine is available too. We’ll be back
