I wanted to stop in here for several weeks. Tonight was the night. It is a simple place, nothing fancy as can be seen from the photos. It was not very crowded when I arrived about 5:30 but it got busy quickly. The parking lot and tables were full when I left. Surprisingly, Food is served on butcher paper on a plastic plate. You are provided plasticware utensils, and drinks are in a plastic disposable cup. Not sure if this is a Covid thing or standard procedures.

Call to place an order on Friday evening March 24,2023. Man answered phone and said they don’t serve sandwiches because their on dinner and not lunch. Mind you the menu online said it is dinner item. Called back to place an order nasty very rude man said they don’t have food. Their closing. Came to restaurant in person, man didnt realize it was me and took my order. I walked out. Poor rude service and never coming to this place again. Ive been coming here since it was in Augusta but this place is full of sh*t. Reviews are lies and will never come again. Word of mouth and Google review is powerful.

T’s has to be the best sea food restaurant I’ve ever been too. The food was amazing and the staff was spectacular. My server was sweet and the wait on the food wasn’t horrible like many other high end restaurants. I definitely recommend Downtown T’s Augusta!

Tried calling in an order, was asked to hold which was okay, but no one ever returned after holding for six minutes, then phone was disconnected by someone. Called back immediately and was ask to hold again. I asked, how long will I have to hold the lady rudely stated until I take this lady’s money. So I quietly was about to wait until I overheard her tell the other customer that I just asked how long I was going to have to wait with a rude undertone. No good customer service exhibited on the phone.

we went there 7/21/2023, the place was nasty im disabled an there was no place easy to get to a table,people staring like they have never seen a wheelchair before even the waitress who offered no help, with that she pulled my chair away as i was about to sit in it,i can easy transfer myself to chairs an move my wheelchair, anyway we order ,the food WAS NASTY VERY BLAND nothing like the old t;s our lunch was 50.00 for 3 of us an our dogs got a treat when we got home ,,we ordered 3 lunch flounder plates ,2 drinks,, i drank water best part of my first an last time to go there,,,,VERY DISAPPOINTED…..
