We were visiting the hotel Tucson for the Gem and mineral show and stopped to grab something to eat at their restaurant Down Town R, I am not a big fan of hotel eatery’s. So it was a nice surprise that the food was actually good and nice proportions. Service was also good. Would recommend it.

We had a lovely brunch on the patio. The food was amazing, and for $5/person, the bottomless mimosas were flowing. Thanks to the wonderful, friendly staff who took care of us and allowed us to linger and enjoy a gorgeous afternoon of friendship. Every single person working today went out of their way to be pleasant, friendly and accomodating. We will definitely come back!!

Fantastic lunch specials! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The service is always very personable, friendly and fast. Great place for meetings or just grabbing a casual lunch. Locally owned, this is one of my favorites!

The restaurant is a little hard to find from the street. It is inside the hotel lobby. I had a friend staying there and met them in the morning for breakfast. They do a breakfast buffet for $8 a person ($5 if you have a room). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There is a really nice outdoor patio with views of the pool. I would like to come back for lunch or dinner sometime and dine on the terrace area. They are renovating the property and the lobby really is beautiful!
