I was craving some pizza but wanted to get something we haven’t had in a while. It was pretty good. 1/2 cheese and 1/2 sausage. It had crumbled sausage which was a nice surprise. I really enjoyed it. A little greasy but delicious nonetheless.

Our office has been ordering from this location for over 7 years for office celebrations, however this week we received the poorest customer service possible. I placed an order for a Dozelis Original without Ricotta Cheese, Pepperoni-Sausage Pizza, and a Turkey Salad. Same order we place at least once a month delivered to the same address around the corner. The employee I spoke with read the order back correctly, but when the delivery person arrived, they called to let me know they were outside. Every time we order, the deliver person comes inside the building to our suite on the second floor of our office building, so I directed the delivery person how to enter the building. 15 minutes later, I realized we still had no pizza, so I called Dozeli’s back, and they mentioned I MUST go outside to pick up the order because the delivery person will not go inside. Although I found it petty, I went outside to get the pizza, but as soon as we open the box, I see the Dozeli’s Originial is covered in Ricotta and they sent a single Turkey Sandwich instead of a Turkey Salad for the office to share. I call Dozeli’s back, they admit they made a mistake, but mention the manager handles refunds and won’t be in until 4pm and would call me. 4pm comes and goes so I call back, and the same employee tells me the manager actually won’t be in until the next morning but would call me right away about the matter. The next day goes by, so I call the following day and speak with another employee who says the manager won’t be in for the day and tells me they have a “No Refund Policy”. I explain this was never mentioned, I was simply told this issue would be refunded once the manager got in, and it made no sense a refund wouldn’t be offered knowing they admitted to making a mistake the day I called. The employee said she would let the manager know, and he would reach out. Five mins later, I get a call back from the same employee letting me know she heard back from the manager who is standing by the “No Refund Policy” and read off their rules about needing a receipt and the incorrect order should have been returned. This was extremely upsetting because none of that information was ever provided when I called the day of the order. I literally still have the Turkey sandwich in the fridge because it was never wanted. The day of, they never even offered to send the correct order knowing they made a mistake. It’s sad that despite the years of loyalty doing business with this location they still made no efforts to rectify this situation nor felt any remorse about it. Saying this all to say, I suggest you do not order from this restaurant for their silly “policy”. They make mistakes, aren’t accountable, and have poor customer service when you call them out about it.

As many previous customers stated. This has been a go to place for many residents in the area for a long time. The ONLY reason this is being posted is due to the “ignorance” of said management not understanding the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. We do not tell customers “it’s not our fault” and try and talk over them as they are explaining the situation. For the record passing the blame to a new delivery guy is not the way to go. A mistake is a mistake if he is new. Train and develop. Correct the mistake and ensure customer satisfaction. It is the responsibility of management to understand this philosophy. Love the pizza, so please make corrections to deliver great food and great customer service please!!

I order from them all the time and never had a problem till now…the picture speaks for itself. Their remedy was to pick up the pizza and re-deliver another pizza of which we are talking another 45-60 min wait time. Will no longer order from here again!
