I ordered the Combat Zone calzone and it was delicioso! The bread was crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. It has pepperoni, sausage mushrooms, green peppers, and melted mozzarella. Good size portions for an adult. Will be coming back. The cashier was prompt and courteous.

Ordered grubhub delivery. DP Dough uses their own drivers for their deliveries. For some reason they sent someone to deliver my food on a bicycle 12 miles away with no bag to keep the food warm. We received ice cold calzones that took almost an hour and a half to get to us. Next time use a car and keep your reflective bike guy doing the close deliveries. Clearly no one working cared about our food or experience.

Placed order at 9:18. It was supposed to arrive at 10:08. It is now 10:59 and food has not come. I ordered my food for delivery through the DP Dough app. I have tried calling the store and can hear the phone being hung up as soon as it’s picked up. Since I can’t reach anyone I am unable to ask for a refund. At this point it is too late to wait for the food since it would be cold. I need a refund immediately due to this situation.

I genuinely can’t believe the experience I just had here. The employee made it half way through making my calzone put his backpack on and left. My calzone was left on the counter uncooked for 20+ minutes before a new employee finally arrived and finished making it. This was after I had already paid so I had to wait for my food. The new employee didn’t apologize or say offer any sort of refund. He then proceeded to accuse my friend of not paying and we had to show him the receipt from his own cash register. If this place had a working phone number I would call and demand a refund for how horrible of an experience This was, never mind the fact that the food is underwhelming and bland. I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone and if a manager sees this I would appreciate a response with a phone number.

All of these five star reviews are from other states or bots… this business is paying for a ton of five star reviews. The food is okay and cheap but the amount of fake reviews here is really scummy. The place has kind of a cheap run down feel with employees sitting in the customer area building boxes or filling sauce. It’s kind of a dive that mostly caters to delivery apps, but there are decent deals on their website for cheap okayish food. Do not listen to most of these reviews. They are fake.

This is the worst place ever. No customer service. Delivery never came. After two hours I went down there myself to get it or get a refund. Dude had me talk to his boss on his cell phone and insisted it was delivered. I demanded it to be remade or a refund and it was like pulling teeth. Do yourself a favor and order from across the street. This was terrible.

I waited 50 minutes to get my calzone. Waited 10 minutes to even order because the two guys were prepping marinara sauce in jars and apparently didn’t want to stop and take my order. Once I ordered, they went directly back to prepping the sauce and didn’t start making my calzone for another 30 minutes. Would be great if they at least told you it would take almost an hour. Food isn’t even really worth that long of a wait

these 5 star reviews are fake. bad food and worse customer service. Also, I just want to warn everyone about a potential fraud situation, concerning debit/credit cards. I was just on the phone with the manager trying to get a refund because of the terrible service and food. The manager sounds super sketchy, keeps telling me he will call me back in somewhat broken english. and then offered to refund me with cash app or zelle, fun fact, I did not purchase my order with cash app or zelle. beware folks. things are getting weird these days. be safe.
