It took a very long time to get waited on, but once they did it wasn’t too long before, they brought us our ice creams to the table. The restaurant was clean. We were having such a great time there that we didn’t realize that it was past closing time and one young man came and let us know which door to exit from and that we were fine to keep sitting there, but not two minutes later a young lady came up and told us that since they were closed we needed to leave immediately.

I was the only person in line,& the girl looked at me 3 times, never spoke, never smiled once. I finally asked if I could place an order?? She took it,& then I had to go ask if what they put on the shelf was my order since NOBODY called out the number. I called to talk to a mgr, was lied to that the person who answered was a mgr ( she was a shift leader, not a mgr) The mgr finaly came to the phone, defended the SL actions,& talked over me. I asked for the owners name & number but she refused. This place deserves to go out of buiness. Good product but over priced ,& the crew could not possibly care less about their jobs!! The Manager was not helpful, but talked over me! I hope the owner reads this!!!

Decided to go here for dinner 10 minutes ago, ordered a chicken basket get home to find out almost all of my fries stuck together. That’s not any inconvenience, but they’re not even fully cooked. Their chicken crunched like it was some kind of damn cracker. Whole box seemed like it was prepped 3/4 hrs ago. Terrible location stay away.

I told the lady that brought my food out after I pulled around from the drive thru that I order a Heath Blizzard. I showed her my blizzard while I went 3 inches in to the blizzard and her comment was “well I see a couple pieces (the size of a sand) so I can’t say there is none in there!! Horrible place will not go back!!
