Ordered pork nachos, pretzel, 2 entrees and drinks. We both got food poisoning from the pork nachos. We called and spoke to Cody who was very nice and apologized and explained others had complained. He invited us to come back and he would take great care of us whenever and with whatever we wanted. We live in WI and found ourselves back a few weeks later. Explained situation to Brian who asked us to repeat circumstances twice. We ordered 1 appetizer, 1 entree, and 1 dessert to go. He only said he would comp us $21. I don’t need a free meal, but $21 for 3 days of food poisoning was a slap in the face. No apologies for the ordeal, just a smug look. Customer service skills lacking. We paid the rest of bill and were on our way. NEVER AGAIN.

placed order to go for onion rings at 7:08 on one players card, placed order for chicken dinner on another at 7:09, was told 20 minute wait, my onion rings we done at 7:20 but did not get chicken dinner till 8:01 pm, I asked for fresh onion rings since we was eating in room at casino hotel. was told by Manager Rod since they was placed on separate cards, they could not remake. wow, such terrible customer service.

If you like your flat bread pizza from the freezer and warmed up in the microwave this is the place. However you can get a halfway decent drink if you order a double. No fault of the bartenders the do a great job. SO TIP THEM WELL.

The food server was nice but the bartender was callous & unhelpful. Was trying to order celebratory drinks & needed one virgin since a person in our group is pregnant. They refused saying they weren’t allowed to put non-alcoholic drinks in the glasses. Eventually a food server overheard and stepped in and told them it was okay to make an exception. The bartender was afraid of getting in trouble. I don’t know why they have such a weird policy.

This is not your typical sports lounge. The quality of the food and attentive, friendly staff make it so much more. It is a flavor destination, one worth visiting to experience yourself. The ranch salad dressing alone is worth the trip. But all the items on their menu are worth of note. Come and feast. You won’t be sorry.
