Not only was my food delivered to my hotel hot and in the promised amount of time, but the driver was very courteous. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because I ordered fried rice with my entrees and got regular steamed rice. The food is excellent!!! And they don’t skimp on the portions as you can see from the pictures. I will definitely order again.

I’ve never ordered anything that wasn’t amazing. The Broccoli Chicken and Chicken Rice Noodles are my two favorite. They have fast delivery service and have not messed my order up once. Also, if you spend a certain amount you get a free order of Crab Rangoon, which is awesome. This is definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant!

I got a flyer in the mail so I figured I would try out the delivery being home with two young daughters and not wanting to take them out in the cold. After I ordered our food, it took 55 minutes for the food to show up. (we live literally about 10 minutes away) I paid and even tipped the driver thinking it was probably not his fault. Well once I opened my bag, half the order was missing. I called immediately because after waiting that long for your food, it should be right. Well the manager seemed to not care at all. Even ask ” well what do you want me to do?” I said I wanted the food I paid for, and was told that ” the delivery guy can bring it out, but it might be quite a while because he had other stops to make before he could come back to grab anything else” needless to say its about 2 to 2.5 hours after ordering and I still have not received the correct order that was supposed to be sent out about 1 hour ago. the food that we got the first time was cold, of course and all the food was soggy and mushy due to it sitting in a to go box for an hour before making it here.. Joke of a restaurant. don’t waste your time or money when there are plenty of quality Chinese places in the area. I will never eat here or order here again. The delivery guy was extremely nice and professional about the situation, but seemed like nobody else was.

I’ve eaten at Dragon Cafe a couple of times in what I would describe as “quick lunches”, due to my job. I had not been let down, so when I was working late I decided to order delivery, even though I noticed that they had some bad reviews on delivery.

Good quality food, nice variety on menu, always delivered to my house hot and in a timely manner. It’s always the same delivery guy, and he is polite and friendly. He also happens to have a lot of tattoos and large ear gauges (I think he looks cool). Half the reason this is my go-to Chinese food place is that I’m so grateful they’ve employed this very deserving man with no prejudice towards his appearance.

Wish I had read reviews first. I did a big order once for a group and called it in four hours early. It arrived on time. A few days later I decided to make a lunch order with a colleague and we decided to order online. After 50 minutes of waiting we called to check. They hadn’t even processed the order yet, but when I suggested canceling because we had meetings soon, the person promised us 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes I had to call again, still no food. They promised a partial refund. The driver showed up – no drinks, half the order was wrong. I knew it wasn’t worth calling back. We just won’t order from there again.
