Very bad experience. I called ahead and they told me it would be 15-20 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes later and still had to wait. All the fried food was extremely overcooked to the point where it was flavorless and difficult to bite into. I needed a decent meal for my family because I didn’t have time to cook at home on this particular day. I am super disappointed and will not be returning. Pictured below is an inedible chicken wing

We got the steamed dumplings. They gave us a lot! Really good. We also got two combination sweet and sour chicken which came with fried rice. It was really good. We sat down to eat there and they gave us some extra plates to use to eat because we had our daughter with us. Oh yeah the combination platters came with egg rolls to. It all was fresh and hot. Really good.bwe needed something to eat in a pinch. Good price to. 29 dollars for the items and we got drinks.

Called ahead this time for the hot n sour soup and also ordered from the lunch buffet. The service is much quicker that way as they tend to get very busy for lunch. Having a lot of experience with Asian cuisine, I find this location to be very authentic for a fast service establishment. They use chili and garlic perfectly and the food is always fresh. Much faster 2nd time around. Changing my original review of only 3 stars to 5.

I ordered orange chicken it was super fantastic!!!!!!. If you like Chinese food I would highly recommend that you go here. The other two Chinese shops were closed after 10 p. M. And I arrived at this place before 11 and they were open. I’m not sure if they’re open till 11 on Sunday every night but they made the food very quick. Thank you very much for the awesome service!!!!!!!

I had high expectations for Dragon Express. It had been years since I had been here and I remembered it being good, so I thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The ordering process was difficult with what is probably the most over the top plexiglass barrier I have ever seen. There is a tiny box they open up to talk to you. It literally seals the dining area entirely from the kitchen. Very difficult communication! As I waited for my food I looked around the restaurant and noticed how poorly kept up it was. It was unclean and you could tell that there was very little effort or pride of ownership. There were signs of water damage, including mold. I was starting to second guess if I should have just left and not risked eating food from a questionable establishment. When I got my food I was not very impressed. The food just seemed to lack quality. The General Tso chicken was glazed with a tasteless sauce. The crab rangoons tasted off too. I did end up with a somewhat upset stomach after eating here. I don’t know how the Ottawa County Health Department allows them to stay open. I am considering contacting them. I definitely do not plan to return. Extremely disappointed!

Ordered combination fried rice and it was disgusting the rice was hard and the vegetables & meat seemed like it was added in last minute instead of fried altogether. Also ordered chicken and broccoli, the chicken was slimy?? Only good thing we ordered was the lo mein!!! Everything was way too overpriced for the quality of the food. Not worth it at all.
