I just spent 50$ on delivery food from the worst Chinese restaurant that I’ve EVER eaten! I purchased the so called “Seafood Delight”(which I really need to add here…there certainly WASN’T anything delightful about it!), I don’t like crab meat so I asked for extra lobster… To tell you the truth I couldn’t tell if there was extra lobster or not because nothing in the dish actually looked anything like lobster! What resembled shrimp actually tasted like watery crab rubber! Omgoodness it’s truly awful! To make matters worse I called to complain about my 50$ disappointment what was I offered? A REFUND YOU SAY?? YEAH RIGHT, THEY OFFERED ME A FREE EGG ROLL ON MY NEXT ORDER!! AS IF I’D EVER GO BACK TO THEM!!! But YOU can rest assured because the MANAGER promised to speak to the chef and I was ASSURED that NOT ONLY had this EVER HAPPENED BEFORE but IT NEVER WILL AGAIN! WANT A FREE EGG ROLL NEXT TIME? Yeah, ok! ♀️ I think not! Too bad you can’t rate into the negative! ♀️Eww I almost forgot to mention the Scallops they are the size of a button on a man’s oxford shirt! I’ve never seen scallops that small! I took a pic of them, I guess I ate all the rubber stuff that I thought could possibly be what they were claiming was lobster. In a few minutes I think I’ll be able actually show you what it was I swallowed… It’s not sitting very well

This used to be the best Chinese food in the area. What I got tonight is completely different and awful. The chicken had an odd texture and is bright white like it was never cooked in with the rice. The shrimp was low quality and tasted off. And there was a big hunk of plastic (pic included) in my house rice. They charged me extra for packets of sauce on $50 worth of Chinese food that is now going in the trash. I’m afraid to even taste anything else. It looks awful and I’m not interested in getting sick on low quality food made by people who clearly don’t care. I can’t imagine what the kitchen must look like based on the food I received. What a shame. $60 wasted.

Always enjoyed this place and it was once the best around. Tonight I ordered General Tso chicken and halfway thru noticed all the big pieces of chicken were completely RAW. Pink chicken is not good. If I die tonight or get really sick, ill know why. I took a picture of the dish and my receipt just incase. Prayers

My BF and I were looking for a new place to order Chinese, since we typically order from the same place, which is little basil in Morton. This is our third time ordering, and the first two times they weren’t bad. This time it was a literal nightmare. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and white rice. Rice tasted like cardboard and the chicken breading was soggy and falling off. Not edible. My boyfriend ordered chow mein. If you Google chow mein, there is noodles with that dish. He was sent container of steamed vegetables and cardboard white rice. I called the store to let them know, and I was handed off to a ‘manager’ who gaslight me into trying to believe that chow mein did not come with noodles. And tried to explain that I meant order lo mein. My entire life chow mein has been stirfry noodles. Lo mein is boil noodles. So unless Google is wrong…. Aside from the gaslighting from the ‘manager’, no offer of a refund or to make it right just told me to purchase lo mein.

This place has definitely gone downhill! The customer service is horrible! They have a very hard time understanding so it’s difficult for them to even get a order right. I placed a order and they forgot 2 items from my order. No big deal. But when I called to tell them the mistake I was transferred to a manager who wanted to play back the call to verify my order. Again no problem, she was supposed to call back in 5 minutes. 20 MINUTES LATER I called them because at this point food is getting cold. 1 call I was hung up on. Next call they acted like they couldn’t hear me. Then someone else pretended to be the manager JUST HORRIBLE! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE THAT ACTUALLY RESPECTS PAYING CUSTOMERS!

This used to be the absolute best place for Chinese. Literally the best! When Jennings owned it the food was top quality as well as service. Then he sold to I believe a family member and they began to slowly cut back on quality. Now when you call you speak to someone from India to place your order. The food is horrible. You can tell they use low grade food now. If you’re an original dragons customer then you know how bad it’s gotten. I keep hoping Jennings will return one day and bring back the way it used to be. Until then I will never order from here again.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I must say I was impressed! The food was AMAZING! I am a very big Chinese food fan and this one tops my favorite list. They were very friendly and helped me pick something they already made based off what I was trying to create lol. They are a little pricey but definitely worth it. And they take cards. GET THE FRIED CHICKEN WINGS.. thank me later

Never again, first time trying this place and will never be ordering from here again. Blandest fried rice I’ve ever had. The Boneless Pork Spare Ribs were literally swimming in fat/oil, I mean it was like soup… General Tso’s was dry and stringy, egg rolls tasted like chemicals or something and the lo mein was trash. Only 2 things in the order that were kind of ok were the sugar donuts and the cheese steak roll, otherwise the rest of the food was terrible compared to anywhere else in the area. Worst $50+ spent on take out this year hands down.

Blandest Chinese food I’ve ever had. The fried rice has nothing in it but onion, no flavor. The lemon chicken is bland as well. I also got the crab Rangoon. They just tasted funny to me. And not good funny.
