My first time ordering this food, we went there on a recommendation it was good so we pre ordered New Year’s Eve for 5pm pick up the night before was told not to come until they called – when we didn’t hear anything we called close to 6 they said “it was just came out” , they were just getting it bagged and okay to come. We picked it up and got it home. It was cold, rubbery and flavorless we just dump 100$ + down the drain. We didn’t enjoy any of it. I understand New Year’s Eve is busy we didn’t mind the wait and patiently waited but this was terrible. We just wanted good food. Our food was honestly the worst Chinese food I had. 1. The pork fried rice was crunchy flavorless and very dark dark brown like burnt. 2. The chicken wings were flavorless and rubbery. 3. The boneless spear ribs were flavorless, dry and hard difficult to bite into 4. The Vegatable lo mein noodles were dry and flavorless and about 2 pieces of broccoli and a few mushrooms vegetables in the entire dish. 5. There was no orange In the orange chicken it was flavorless just breaded chicken , 6. the chicken fingers were hard and difficult to bite, 7. the shrimp and lobster sauce my family order was a gelatin and a few pieces of whole shrimp thrown on the top. They said it definitely wasn’t lobster sauce. This whole experience was just sad and disappointing a waste of money honestly. Never again. I am hoping I don’t end up sick from what I just did eat.

I usually will pick up items for lunch or dinner. I picked up egg rolls today. They were awful and never have they been so bad. Looks like they were cooked 3 times. Inedible tossed them. Not consistent with food, I know they have changed cooks.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. The beef lo mein was dry with barely any beef. My chicken and garlic sauce had veggies that tasted dirty if that’s even possible? It’s like they sat in water and was cooked in a dirty pan. The pork fried rice tasted too salty because they cooked it with too much soy sauce. The only good thing was the crab Rangoon. I ate some lo mein with a lot of sweet sauce just so I didn’t waste my 60 dollars spent. I will never eat there again.
