I had called making a order for pickup as soon as I started asking questions about the menu the lady started giving me the worse attitude after that I asked her to repeat me the order she proceeds to say “oh my god” IM LIKE WHATTT she did not i didn’t even feel like being mean to her so I was waiting to say something when I got there till I walk in the place and then I was like oh I understand why she’s in a bad mood the place is not pretty VERY hot and she just looks so miserable but hey if you don’t like your job get a new one also when I was leaving I said have a good day and then she didn’t even anwser me. My whole experience here was ruined used to be so much better before I used to go there when I was younger but never going back there again. ALSO FOOD IS BLAND

Oh my goodness- this place is a hidden gem! Shrimp in Lobster Sauce Platter served hot hot hot in less than 10 mins! Portions are huge and yet it’s only $10.11 with tax….and wouldn’t ya know, the shrimp is crisp like an apple! So good and So fresh! Egg roll is crispy and delicious. Goodness I don’t know what’s going on with this side of the plaza but this place, along with Joe’s Diner, are now 2 of my favorite places in Naples! (Just remember to stay away from the north side of the plaza for your food concerns (Delicias Latina Cafeteria – horrid)). I’m so glad I came here

Worst customer service. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It doesn’t even deserve 1. I called to place a pickup and immediately the woman on the phone had a nasty attitude. She was rushing through my order and once I asked to pay over the phone, I heard her mutter “oh my god” with such a disgusting attitude. She gave me attitude throughout the entire time. I was going to snap on her but I didn’t feel like having spit in my food today so instead I’m writing this review. Never ordering from here again. If you’re not happy with your job, get a new one.
