First time here. Visited during the “slow” time for eateries, had only 1 employee and the mgr. Had to wait a few minutes as the employee multi-tasked taking call-in orders, fulfilled a takeout order and served a table their food.

Really wanted to try the restaurant but was a little disappointed. My noodle dish was pretty good. My wife’s rice dish was very bland. The wings were good sized but maybe a little over cooked. People working the counter didn’t seem like they were fully knowledgeable about the menu or possibly just not that into it. Place was clean and the atmosphere was cool.

Upon first entering, the place really has a cool decor that I was thinking the food would match, but sadly, it didn’t. Ordering is a little awkward. Before I could even find out where the full menu was, the guy behind the counter was asking if it was my first time. But then his introduction ended there, and he just stared at me like he was waiting for a question. Confused, I just ordered the first thing I saw, which was the tonkatsu. He then asked if it was just a regular. I replied, ‘As opposed to what?’ I was thinking spicy or black garlic or something, but again, he just kind of stared at me, and I read that there’s a large and regular. Why didn’t he say that? Ordering was very clunky, and I had a bad feeling. I didn’t know if I was supposed to sit down or pay. But before I could even ask, he was already helping the people behind me. I kind of wandered around and was looking at the other items on some kind of side menu up on the wall. At that point, he spoke to me over the couple he was helping to ask if I wanted to try some wings. I thought maybe he was offering a sample. Apparently, he wanted me to add to my order, but again, he didn’t explain anything to me. He just stared at me like I was supposed to know. As soon as I deciphered what he was asking, he went right back to talking to the couple. So, I asked if he had even started my order because I didn’t see them ring it up or anything. He did have the noodles in the broth warming up. I say warming because after finally getting it, the broth was lukewarm. I could not see the ingredients. Usually Ramen has the ingredients layered on top but there was so much broth that it was all covered. So disappointed. The decor and bowls and tables look like they really put some money into this place but the staff and sad portion of food completely killed it. These kind of places make it easy to not give a tip. I’m so sick of no service places that ask for a tip.

I have eaten at this place about a year ago and I remember it being just okay. I went again this week to give it another try but I was extremely disappointed. By far the worst ramen I’ve ever had. It’s hard to explain but the taste of the broth was really off compared to the good ones here in Las Vegas. Flavor is weird, the toppings didn’t seem fresh and the pork belly was just one big blob of disgusting fat. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Never again.

Hands down, best chicken wings in Las Vegas! Perfectly crispy/ amazing breading on the outside and perfectly juicy flavorful meat. Their house spicy sauce is also amazing. And of course, everyone that works here is super nice. Cheers!

The service was AMAZING! I would love to come back but I’m leaving because this was a vacation. But I would recommend coming here it was so perfectly cooked. He made 4 bowls and 5 wings but instead of 5 wings he gave us 8 for almost free. And instead of paying the regular price he had us pay almost a 1/3 of the price. Definitely come here! It was also very clean.

WOW !!! The food was amazing and not salty at all. This is our first time visiting this place, they have just opened and noodles were absolutely awesome! You can build your own noodles your way or order from the menu Chef Jet‘s dragon noodle bowls .

Service has steadily gotten worse over the last few months. Tonight was the worst yet. My pickup order was poorly packed and leaked through the bag, so when I left the restaurant the bag tore in the parking lot, spilling my meals on the pavement. They remade my orders but had run out of the proteins I wanted. And the entree I ordered for my partner made him promptly throw up within minutes of taking the first few bites. Perhaps it’s just this location that’s going downhill, but I’m not gonna try another one to find out. Avoid.

The broth is pretty much flavorless. It was a disappointing $24 bowl of ramen for sure.

The quality of food served at this place is subpar and the service is horrible. My son and I went here yesterday and ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and Tonkotsu Rice Bowl. The ramen lacked flavor, the rice bowl was not hot and swimming in teriyaki sauce, the pork belly was almost 90% all fat and their soda machine was completely empty. I only ate a couple of bites of the rice bowl and my 11-year old son ate about a quarter of the ramen. We both couldn’t get ourselves to take another bite so I decided to take both bowls back to the counter and asked for a refund. The worker only refunded my meal and refused to refund my son’s just because he ate a bit more than me, even though it was still very little. I tried to reason calmly with the worker who also brought it up to the manager but they flat out refused to give me all my money back. She did not even apologize for our bad experience. I gave them all the chances to make things right but since they refused to treat the customer right, I am giving them a bad review in all their social media outlets. I will also report them to my credit card company and try to get my refund via chargeback. Again, the food at this place is not good and they have zero respect for their customers. Go to Jinya, Kobashi or Sapporo instead.
