Grafton’s lesser known gem. It’s at the end of the strip, heading out of town, but worth the extra drive. Indoor and outdoor seating, and both have amazing views of the river. There is also a downstairs seating area, complete with swings. GREAT idea. Who doesn’t like a swing set? The service was amazing (and I liked the fact that the menu stated they were short staffed and patience is appreciated). But with the atmosphere, and the view, a little longer wait for food isn’t a big deal. The Northern Burger is simply the best. The cream cheese on the burger is lights out. If you haven’t already, do yourself a favor and drive down to Drifters. You won’t be disappointed.

They’re very short on wait staff and, apparently, cooks. The place was jamb packed and they couldn’t handle the load. Our waitress was very friendly but could do nothing to speed things up. We waited for over an hour to get our food after our order was placed. It took at least a half hour to be waited on after we sat down at our table. This was on a Saturday. I doubt we’ll go there again on a weekend.

This place has it all! Friendly staff, wonderful views and ambience, and some of the best wings I have ever eaten! They were so good I tried to get the recipe knowing it was leaving area and headed home. I loved the hot honey ones best! This will definitely be a go to place when in area!

The fried pickles were so salty that we couldn’t eat them. The burgers were mushy and the bacon on my burger had a horrible flavor and didn’t look like real bacon. Our waitress was pleasant and service was excellent

A large group of us stayed at Pere Marquette campground and ventured into town every day. On our first day, we ate and drank out on the deck. Even though they were short staffed, and overworked, our waitress was patient and very good.

Visited Drifters on a busy Memorial Day weekend. Got a great burger! The service was good. The place is in a super spot to sit on the deck and enjoy the scenic Mississippi River.

Love Drifters! Haven’t had anything me and my wife haven’t enjoyed. Crab Rangoon pizza is killer. Catfish fritters and wings are delicious. Nice place, friendly waitresses, nice view. Check it out! Pics are some visiting witches, hoping for a great meal to be conjured up UPDATE -made a trip up to Drifters yesterday, waited in and the smell of urine was overwhelming. Sat down, trying to fight the smell, cause we were hungry. Another table that came in after us was waited on first, so we left. Got sick after we got home, and ended up having Covid. Don’t know if there was a connection, but who knows
