My friends and I had heard of this place through another friend, so we went to check it out. The location is somewhat awkward to find since it seemed to be a later addition/alteration to the building.

Got the Fisherman’s platter and seafood chowder. Both were great. Good place to wait for the cruise ship line to go down. Staff was entertaining

Odd the beaten path, but ironically right “on top” of the source, is the lovely out of the way seafood joint.

I had an amazing dinner at Drydock Cafe. The Clam Chowder was so delicious and had plenty of clam. The service was impeccable and the owner even let me try more delicious food. I definitely recommend eating here if you’re ever in Boston!!!

Very disappointing. For $75….Lobster roll on a plain hot dog roll. Not a grilled split top. Clams were cold and chewy. Would not recommend.

Exceptional Friday night dinner at reasonable prices. The fish fresh off the pier. This isn’t assembly line cooking, but authentic and very tasty New England seafood. A hidden gem. The owner and service is thoroughly Bostonian, you won’t find a better place. I’ll be back.

The location is a bit, “not known”, no signs outside. We found this place on Google. Great seafood restaurant..Nice atmosphere. Seating at the time was quick. Food came out quick. Staff and servers were very pleasing to one’s wants/needs.

Had my cousin in from South Dakota. It was the very first time we met. So I invited her and her husband to Dry Dock Cafe. It is a great breakfast and lunch spot, but few people know it is open for dinner on Thursday and Friday nights. Freshest seafood around. Prices are very reasonable and the parking is free. The service is exceptional and you never feel rushed. It was the perfect place for having dinner with friends/ family. Part of me is selfish and don’t want to share this wonderful place, because I want it for myself.

It’s okay, nothing special. There was plenty of fish on the fishermen’s platters but breading for the fried fish has no flavor. Wine pour was generous and service was good. Rice side was mushy. Prices are attractive since everything else in the area is expensive, but maybe you get what you pay for.

This was a tasty meal, but there could have been an extra 2-3 broiled scallops for that price. Potatoes were barely warm after a half block walk to my hotel.
