The food was great, fresh ingredients. We started with egg rolls, and they were good. I had the chicken sandwich, and it was good, but the spring roll wasn’t quite my thing. My wife had a Poke bowl. She loved it, and it was enough for her to take home leftovers.

Stopped by for an early, quiet dinner. My bartender/ server Kentavius was quite helpful and very attentive. I had their Bun bo hue and a couple spring rolls which were expertly prepared. The freshness of the ingredients, the delicate near shaving of the beef in my pho, and the overall precision with which the dishes were executed left nothing to be desired. This has been my richest bowl of bun bo hue I’ve had. Each restaurant/ household has their culinary fingerprint, and Dua Fish Tank’s most definitely has a firm handle on theirs.

So today I tried bun bo hue and it was delicious. The spice gives the broth more flavor than the regular pho in my opinion. The meat was delicious but do know if you order Togo you must heat the broth a lot to cook the raw meat hence why I gave 4 stars I don’t even live a mile away and my broth was not even a little hot lukewarm and at most and some of the beef had so much fat on it I had to pull it off. Other that it was good.

Been to a lot of pho restaurants in Macon and this is in my opinion the best one in town. You’re supposed to have raw meat on the table and pour the hot broth to cook it instantly. I’m so happy to see them doing this in the right way and sharing this experience properly. The food is fresh and very tasty. Environment is clean but a bit noisy. I will definitely come back. A LOT.

I was a little disappointed in this place after reading a great review from a friend of mine. The flavor of the pho was ok and it was just sort of luke warm. Definitely no steam coming off it. Then I had to ask for the veggies. A friend had a chicken dish that did not look very appetizing. She said the meat had a strange texture. Honestly, it looked like pork to me. Another friend had a steak and noodle dish that looked great and she said it tasted good too. And another downside, soda comes in a can.

I’ve eaten Pho for years however my sister introduced me to this gem called Dua! Omg please order the Pho and Shrimp Egg Rolls! Everything is always super fresh and the staff is absolutely amazing!! Once you’ve experienced their Pho you will never be the same in a good way!

I tried to eat at Dua a few weeks back and the restaurant was closed for faculty training. Well the training must have worked because the service and food was top notch I was very impressed. As always I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and the portions were more than they had been before as well. Overall great experience.
