Really nice dinner for Valentine’s Day. The wild boar and venison/elk on the menu let me felt something special and adventurous, and the freshly made pasta and the aroma of truffles in the risotto showed that the kitchen saved no effort in elevating the flavor of the dishes. It’s not cheap but the experience is well worth the price.

The food, ambiance, and service were all wonderful. I didn’t realize they are a Michelin star restaurant until the day after dining with them and I must say it’s quite obvious why they were awarded it. We were seated immediately upon entering the restaurant; we made a reservation. A server came over promptly to our table to take our drink orders, he took both the appetizer and entree orders when he brought the drinks. My husband had the Pošip Ivan Tomic and I had a double agave margarita. The margarita was subpar but not enough to dock a star. The grilled octopus was soo tender and the beausoleil oysters were fresh and delicious. The one uncharacteristic thing about this Michelin star restaurant is that the portions are quite generous. My husband had to help me with my lamb shank and his veal ragout was so tender and flavorful. The desserts are so perfect because they’re the right amount of sweetness and so delicate! Definitely try the kremsnita and crepes! At some point during the evening, a man I imagine is the manager came to check on us, he was very polite. Our server was just delightful and I would definitely come back for the good service and food.

Wow this place is wonderful! It doesn’t look like that much from the outside, and it’s in a bit of a weird location. But go through the restaurant to the back terrace, and it is a hidden paradise! White tablecloths on two levels, a fountain, plants growing all around, and there was live music on the Thursday evening we went! You’d think you could see or hear the highway or street, but you can’t at all. Service is attentive and forgiving of long staying patrons. Food is divine. I recommend the halibut with risotto, the apple pear salad, the panacotta, and the Croatian sunset drink. Great place for romance, or a nice dinner with friends. Definitely will be back.

Really good Croatian food, I tried it during the summer, I had Orada fish, not that good like fresh one catched in Adriatic see and served with fresh homemade potato and oliv oil, but for sure you can feel some Croatian taste !!
