My wife and I were intrigued and decided to stop in for a look not expecting to actually eat. We were greeted warmly by Catarina who took her time explaining the menu and showing us the handmade pastas. I am also industry and know when someone is being genuine and hospitable so hats off to your amazing staff. Now the food, it’s absolutely INCREDIBLE. The textures and the flavors are on point. We got the recommended ghost chili oil and burrata to accompany our pasta which elevated the dish to a whole other level of deliciousness. We will be taking some dry pasta home and will definitely be back soon.

Absolutely love this small chain in Seattle. The pastas are freshly made and cooked Al dente. Really love the flavor of the truffle oil and mushroom. I added an extra side of sausage and the dish was perfect. You also get a lot for what you pay for.

You order on a tablet, so you don’t have to talk to a person. Quick service and really good pasta. Good quality for good price. Good amount of food for price as well. We will have some leftovers likely but it’s not excessive. They have vegetarian and vegan options. Went there for lunch on a Monday and it wasn’t loud so good atmosphere for sitting down

Seriously some amazing food and an outstanding Chef and his crew! The vibe and energy here is top notch The owner was right in there cooking with them, treating everyone in the kitchen as equals to him. They were constantly cleaning in the restaurant area itself and in the kitchen. Cool bar top seating where you can watch all the art go down. Over all A++ Affordable Italian yesss it is!

I grade not against an imagined standard but on how well the restaurant achieves its goals. Here they are continually making fresh pasta and cooking it perfectly and serving it with straight forward sauce recipes at modest prices. They favor the Italian standard that the pasta is the meal and the sauce and cheese are the condiments, so if you need the sauce or cheese to overwhelm the pasta you may be displeased. This is not grandma’s Mac and cheese.

We keep coming back to this spot! Fresh, incredible pastas, rich sauces, and extremely generous portions for the price! Easy, streamlined ordering, with a pick up window, but tastes like you’re dining at a fine Italian establishment! 5 stars, so delish!!! Only wish the atmosphere was a little more cozy but is very charming and efficient as is.
