Dugan’s restaurant and lounge in Floyd Iowa is at a nice place to stop and eat with the family. They have a salad bar with soup all day and night and specials throughout the week. On Fridays they have all you can eat shrimp. They also have homemade pies.

The owner waited on me and talked to me the whole time. It was a very nice meal and excellent conversation. You can tell how much pride the owner has in his buisness and in his hometown. I’d go out of my way to eat here again.

The little cafe is cute and decorated quaintly. The order did take a little bit to come out, but boy, was it worth the wait! The food was hot and DELICIOUS! I can whole heatedly recommend the biscuits and gravy! And do your self a favor and say yes when they ask if you want onions and cheese on top!

This quaint diner is absolutely precious! The waitress treated us like she had known us for her entire life. The food was incredible. The shrimp and onion rings were the best I had had in years! A definite must stop here!

Fantastic family diner built, run, and staffed by the owner! The food was solid – highly recommended the Hodge Podge, which has some of each of their appetizers – great onion rings and fried cauliflower, mini tacos, etc. Ron was warm and friendly, told us a little history of his restaurant. A lovely experience!
