They’re sandwiches are good but the cashier Joe is rude. They mess up my order for almost every time I called. Had me on hold both times I called. When I got there my food was ready. Joe that rude cashier looked at my sandwiches and told me they weren’t even though they were wrapped up and ready to go. 20 min later someone else walked to the sandwiches and gave them to me, I was furious because I was standing there 20 min and the food was ready from the moment I walked in. I addressed Joe about it and he gave a sarcastic apology and shrugged it off. I am never going back here.

The roast beef was some pink with veins throughout the beef that was stringy. Also had the end cut in it and made the sandwich dry. then to add insult, the mayo was like a smear so it was really dry. Shredded lettuce was best part. I asked for it on hero and the bread was very basic maybe not the freshest. Paid 15.00 and wouldn’t have minded if it didn’t taste so bad.

I do see what some people are saying when entering an establishment, especially one that serves food, and you have a bunch of kids behind the counter on their phones and dressed a bit shabby. It’s not the best look.

So annoyed!!! I loved this place and I just can’t eat there anymore. Sandwiches are delicious because they did a good job with the menu. Unfortunately they have a bunch of kids in there making the sandwiches, I’m talking babies. That’s fine if you have one manager in there that’s old enough to know home to handle food supervising them. I made my order and this baby girl comes out holding 4 rolls in her bare hands and slaps them on the table. She proceeded to grab tomato’s for my sandwich with her bare hands and slapped them onto my contaminated hero bread. I turned red I was so mad and told the girl at the counter to have the baby boy with gloves on make my sandwich. The guy at the grill, no gloves. Forget about masks. No chance. Wouldn’t be writing this review and making it public if there was a manager in there above 16 that I could complain to. Brought my 2 sandwiches home that cost $33 and threw them away. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it. Wake up guys!!!! Handling the public’s food involves trust and you guys destroyed it. That’s the last time I order a bunch of hero’s for Sunday football from this place.

An average sandwich spot. Cold cuts are good, the bread they use is always dry. If you’re a sandwich scout looking for the next good spot, this ain’t it. It’s all about the bread. Again average deli with a clean place. Counter service can be slow with a few mix ups in how they send out their orders. I stop at quite a few restaurants/Deli’s all over the island. I’ve been here a few times with the same outcome. Not terrible, but also not that great.

Couldn’t give more than three starts food was good deli food .Decor was great . Staff was good personable . They need to do a little more for customers that come in to sit and eat first bring the food to the table . Second the playing was horrible I get it it’s a glorified deli but it was the cheapest plastic plate restaurant depot has and they just plopped my sandwich in the middle of the plate Barron of anything a few French fries some potato salad something . Even a to go styrofoam container would have been better . And lastly if a person is gonna pay 30 dollars for two sandwiches and two sodas . Make the sandwiches with some substance
