Very cool location and when I got close all I could smell was the meat cooking in the smokers. I ordered the brisket sandwich, the meat and the sauce were delicious! I should have asked for more sauce to put on the Mac and cheese…next time. I will be back next week to try the ribs! The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Just a heads up there is not indoor seating, outdoor only. It’s in a nice little downtown area right off a bike path.

7/22/2023 – Just tried Duke’s Blues N BBQ – best best best ribs we have ever had! So meaty, perfect seasoning, sauce & smoke!! I see now why they run out of food & need to shut down early – call before you go. Sides were home made not industrial generic.

Unfortunately came at a time when there weren’t many options but decided to try anyway. Got the rib tips that DID NOT lack in flavor but we’re a bit dry. The beans and sauce are excellent. Will have to come back again when there are more options available.

We got Duke’s catered at our company for lunch. Best pulled pork and brisket I have eaten in my entire life. Sides were also delicious! They came all the way to Sycamore to deliver. I’m thinking of getting this for some future family parties as well…

The food is incredible, Duke and his family are great people! The caboose atmosphere in downtown East Dundee catches your eye and pulls you in to enjoy some amazing food. From the sauce, to the sides, to the meat, everything is incredible! Highly recommend stopping in for the vibes of a good “family BBQ.”

I cant believe how amazing this food is!! By far the best bbq I’ve ever had!! My family tried pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, beans and Mac. They were sold out of brisket so will get that next time. EVERYTHING was so delicious! and man those ribs hit different!! I’m still thinking about them. Best ive ever had!
