Good experience. Would come back. Service quick and friendly. Lots of seating when stopped. The steak fries on onion rings great. The smoked chicken sandwich moist and tasty. The brisket sandwich moist and flavorful. The smoke on the beef was milder than I like tho. Both sandwiches served with a nice garnish.

This was a gem restaurant in Hicksville, Utah. The atmosphere was warm and the people were very friendly. The food was amazing, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend their smoked beef brisket and the cornbread! Thanks Shandee for your excellent service!!!

The owner was such a gracious host to us when we arrived and for the whole visit. He gave the kids each a piece of petrified wood. When we chatted with him about our youngest loving rocks he sent us to an awesome spot to find our own rocks and fossils. If you’re headed out to capital reef National park it’s a great spot to get lunch.

Stayed in Hanksville for 4 nights, and ate at Dukes all 4 dinners. From the moment we first walked in, we could tell the place was special. The service was incredible – as good as it gets, and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed the cowboy vibe, and all the John Wayne memorabilia was fun as well. One of the wait staff left us an unexpected gift, which made our stay even more special. A+++++

Stopped in for breakfast after leaving Green River. Chose this place due to reviews. Was greeted when I walked and was seated at a table that I could check the place out. While Breakfast was being cooked got to talk with the owner and was a nice chat. Told him I was touring UTAH and he suggested some places I might to visit. Food was spot on, cost was good for the amount of food received, took my picture with John Wayne (Duke). In the area stop by.
