I ordered 40 empanadas (20 beef, 20 chicken) for my daughter’s Encanto themed birthday. The empanadas were the first food to run out at the party. Luckily, I was able to sneak one for myself before the party started and it was delicious. I even had guest asking me about the aji sauce afterwards.
