My wife, my mother, and I came here for dinner. The staff was friendly and our order was taken promptly. There wasn’t a long wait time after we placed our order. The inside of the restaurant was average:clean. We ordered oxtails, jerk chicken, and many different sides to try. The food was delicious, with my favorite part being the rice and potato salad. Food can get a little pricey, but the portion size and taste make it worth it. We will definitely be back!

Rasta pasta very very spicy, took away from actually enjoying it. Potato salad was great. Jerk Chicken was burnt and the super chewy…had to throw away most of it. Service was quick and friendly. I would give them another try, hoping my meal look something like the pics I see online.

This place is AMAZING!! Very clean, very nice staff and a beautiful atmosphere. We ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and sweet plantains. Absolutely delicious! We couldn’t even eat it all and got to take it home and have it for dinner! Best place to eat in Knoxville!!

My wife and I got married in Jamaica. When we got home and decided to have a reception, we wanted to bring a taste of the Island back to our friends and families. Dulcie’s is so authentic that it was like being back on Island Time! Beef Patties, Jerk Chicken, Potato Salad and Fried Plantains were loved by all. 100% recommend for everyone to try. Food was excellent!
