I really want to leave good reviews at local businesses, but this place was really disappointing. The service was terse and grumpy, and the food was very disappointing. I ordered the Pork Soybean Noodles. For $16 I got some “pork soybean sauce” out of a warmer dumped on reheated noodles. Nothing was fresh and combined and cooked in a wok, on a grill, etc. A small pile of cucumber and edamame was on the side. The ground pork in the “sauce” was about as dry as sawdust and tasted like it’d been sitting in the warmer for two days. For $16 I expected some fresh veggies cooked with the noodles and a nice sauce – at least something that’s to some degree cooked fresh. What I got was old sauce sitting a warmer spooned over some reheated noodles.

Okay yeah the service is kind of poor a lot of the time but I think a language barrier could be at play. This company has the best vegetarian dumplings I have ever had. I would definitely recommend the egg & chive dumplings when you get the chance.

The food isn’t too good. The order of dumplings came all bunched together, so when you take a single one it tears multiple dumplings, losing all the juice onto the cardboard container they have to serve you with, which soaks it all up. Flavor isn’t anything special. The wtap tastes like it was made yesterday. Old flavor, too thick, easily tears.

The egg dumplings and the pork dumplings were great. Only issue…They’re served on an open plate with paper so they dry out quickly. They also tear easily due to drying to the paper so you lose half of not all the soup. Staff was friendly. Not a fan of the noddles but that’s just my pallet. Would eat dumplings here again, for sure.

$50 for two rice bowls and one pork bun. Everything was really bland, it tasted like nothing. Pretty disappointing. The two young guys working were nice and did their job well but the food just isn’t very good. Needs more seasoning.

Happy to have good Chinese food so close (had to drive to the International District or Shoreline to get my fix). Ordered the pork rice bowl and chicken dumplings – both dishes were good. The pork meat was fork tender, the sauce mild (usually too sweet or too salty in some restaurants), the broccoli beautifully steamed. The chicken dumplings were flavorful.

Worst dining experience. They charge the same prices as SR-99 location but the food is of extremely poor quality. Ordered a vegetable tofu noodle soup and it tasted like cup-a-soup-salty barely any vegetables. The staff also were reluctant to give a refund-likely because they barely get any people eating there so they have to keep whatever business they get

The bubble tea was watered down and really bad. I saw them pour in tap water and then add LOTS of ice. There was no tea and barely any tapioca. The price on the screen was also different on the menu. For $8, I would expect more from them. Go to another boba place with higher quality at a lower price.

I really like the cold noodles, they’re my go-to order. The dumplings and boba are also great! Plenty of vegetarian options. Staff are always super nice and helpful. Probably my favorite place to eat at the towncenter.
