Came here for a date night and it was pretty romantic. They had fairy lights which was great mood lighting. The food was great. The wait was a little long, but we didn’t care because they were making it FRESH. Also, the staff was so nice! We even saw them make the dumplings at the counter. We got chicken curry dumplings and pork-cabbage dumplings. Both were great! I highly recommend this place.

During my second visit to Dumpling House, I decided to try their curry beef dumplings, which turned out to be quite good. However, we also ordered the pork and cabbage dumplings, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them. They lacked flavor and were rather bland. While my partner found the dumpling shell tasty, I had to rely on pouring their chili oil over them to add some much-needed taste. We also ordered a dish called cold noodles with peanut sauce, but we were surprised to find that the sauce was at the bottom of the plastic container it was served in, making it difficult to mix properly. Once again, I reached for the chili oil to enhance the flavor.

I’ve now been to Dumpling House twice. Each time the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. Food has been excellent. I think we’ve tried all the dumpling options at this point. And they are fresh and honestly great tasting. I love that you can get them steamed or fried on all. The Peanut and Chili dumplings either pork or shrimp are hands down my personal favorite. They have great boba with fresh ingredients as well which I just think is awesome. The flavors and taste are just fantastic and the freshness really comes through unlike a lot of places that are using premade mixes and powders. Handmade dumplings in Nashville becoming a more popular thing is something I’m absolutely here for and I’m excited for this place to continue to grow and become a staple of the city. I heard some grumbling from other guests while I was there the first visit. They’re new and still working out some of the issues with systems. I work in the food industry and so I have a sensitivity to folks really trying it out on their own. Our service and food delivery were honestly great imo, but giving patients and grace as they adjust for a bit might be necessary.

Street parking. It was delicious i would suggest doing pan fried, that adds a crispness that is *chefs kiss*. The dumplings were great and just right. Each one comes with 12 pieces and about $1 per. They look to be handmade and they can be eaten steamed, boiled, or pan fried. They also have boba and some specialty teas.

Nice little place with tasty dumplings. Thoroughly enjoyed the peanut butter pork dumplings. Also got the pan fried pork and chive dumplings which were nice too. Friendly service with a lovely outdoor space to sit in.

We saw their Grand Opening banner and, wanting to dine before a movie at The Belcourt, we thought we’d give them a try … so glad we did! Service was efficient and friendly, everything was REALLY GOOD! We had cold noodles w/peanut sauce, Asian pickled cucumbers, chicken and mushroom dumplings steamed and pork and cabbage dumplings steamed (could also choose fried or boiled). Condiments for mixing your dipping sauce at table-soy sauce, chili oil and vinegar. I had peach milk tea (select ice and sugar amount), husband had peach mint lemonade. Price reflects quality and quantity. We will definately return!

Tried the peanut butter dumplings and they were delicious! Dumplings are made in open view of the dining area. There is popping boba (though it isn’t listed on the menu or website) if you ask for it. The strawberry lemonade was great.

The staff there was very friendly. The food is also very good I would also recommend getting drinks because they use fresh fruits. 100% recommend. One of the best Asian restaurants in nashville so far.

We loved it. My 15yo and I went Sunday around 1:30. There were a few people ahead of us in line but it moved quickly. We ordered spicy pork dumplings pan fried and pork & chive dumplings steamed. We also ordered the cold peanut noodles and two milk teas. All the food was delicious! We like the pan fried dumplings best but both were fantastic the teas were also excellent. Cute place. Friendly service and a great addition to the neighborhood.
