Overall super delicious food and definitely worth it to wait a few extra minutes! We stopped here for lunch while driving through the state. The food was so delicious that we HAD to stop by again on our way back. They have the BEST soup dumplings I’ve EVER had. So juicy, rich and delicious. I also recommended the steamed pork buns, scallion pancakes, and red bean paste buns. It is most definitely worth it if you’re willing to wait just a few extra minutes for your food! I wish we lived closer so we could dine here more often.

Soo good! I’ve been here twice and loooove their green scallion pancakes! Crispy and delicious. Soup dumplings are good and the beef noodle soup is quite tasty too. Can’t wait to eat here again.

I’ve been here more than a few times now. Best Dumplings I’ve had. Not only in Madison, I’m talking ever had. I’ve seen them make the Dumplings in house so I know they’re fresh & fresh ingredients. Staff is nice & one person has a language barrier but even then I still get my order right. I normally get #13, Triple delight & #15, Shrimp dumplings both pan fried. Haven’t had a bad meal here yet. This is my go to spot when I come to Global. I don’t know Chinese but I know some Japanese… Arigatou

My wife had the shrimp dumplings. Just right for a light lunch. Top plate in picture. I had the bbq pork buns, bottom of picture.

I’ve come here a few times, tried to give it benefit of the doubt after my first time here the soup dumplings weren’t worth the price and wait was so long.

Pork dumplings, shrimp dumplings, scallion pancake and the BBQ pork bun is the most every time I go to the dumpling house. Delicious food. Highly recommended.

They recycle their buns. The buns were hard and tough on the inside as you can see in the photo. The bottom was soaked and mushy. You can tell that it was not freshly made. (I know it well cause my family back in Thailand do make these buns) buns like these supposed to be soft and fluffy and made in steamer. But this is just the opposite, I could hear them reheating the buns in microwave. It’s just so unacceptable. I gave them another chance and asked them to replace with fresh ones. Still got tough ones so I decided to give them 1 star here…

The dumplings were lacking in flavor but otherwise were well executed. Not enough sauce came with it. Brisket soup was unexpectedly and overwhelmingly spicy for someone who likes brisket. And it really wasn’t brisket because all I found was gristle and soft fat with a little tiny bit of beef.

Got duck noodle soup and the broth was good but the noodles were very mushy (not the normal texture at other restaurants I enjoy) but the main reason I didn’t like the meal is that there wasn’t any meat in the soup, instead there were just bones? Like literally no meat at all. I wouldn’t recommend this one.
