From google reviews, I was excited to try what sounded like a very tasty bar burger. Ordered the Golden Gate, medium well with bacon on the side and home cut fries. Burger was very greasy with excessive fat and marbles. I’m surprised if it was 75% lean beef, way too fatty. Bread seemed stale and soggy from grease. The fries were mediocre texture, but tasted decent. One positive was a nice extra helping of bacon (not on side) that kind of made up for overall lack of flavor. Definitely a little bit of a disappointment based off what I thought was the reputation.

Laid back neighborhood bar with pretty good food at reasonable prices. Pinball, Keno, and plenty of screens to watch a game if that’s your thing. Free on street parking and a large lot neighboring the restaurant. Plenty of seating and clean tables. Specials available on Friday for those who observe Lent.

Decent bar with ok food. Server was nice and bathrooms were cleaned. They did bring my wife the wrong food but she was super hungry and ate it anyway. Overall not terrible and probably will return.

The bartender demanded a tip from my friends. She had planned to tip him when they were done drinking. He was very rude to them.

The whole 2 hours was weird, the atmosphere was like everyone was angry and not having fun. But the food was good. The bartender is a whole other subject. My date didn’t like her at all but she was ok to me. He said he will not go back but I’ll try it again
