Used go there every day. Never again bunch of kids don’t know anything about costumer service. Lucky if they can do there job right. I tip every time I make purchase. For horrible service and today was last straw. Can’t even do a refund. They have no clue where it was paid from but they need my bank card. Which left at home after they refused to make what they charged me for. So the company dunkins can keep the 6 dollars. That was refused to be returned. Starbucks better and they do what the customer tells them.

U don’t know what has been going on lately. I used to go to this Dunkin alot cause it was close. But Everytime I go there there’s a problem with my order like how do u mess up a hot black dark roast and a hot chocolate. Got regulàr coffee and a large hot coffee with cream.. which I gave to my child cause I was thinking it was a hot chocolate like I ordered. That was one visit. The next visit they gave me a coffee that was cold. You could feel the cold threw the cup. Everytime i do a survey asking someone to contact me no one ever reaches out. I don’t understand what’s going on here but they definitely lost my business.

The manager runs a lean ship with a balanced crew of hardworking individuals who she has positioned for success using the amplification the collective power her employees Individual strengths bring creating a synergy that simultaneously stimulates personal growth and team morale. Having owned restaurants, obtained an MBA, and been a daily patron for almost four years I can attest to these statements as fact and not fake news as some in today’s hyper politicized world may claim. Absolutely disgusting service watched the sandwich maker pop a hash brown into there mouth and then continue working with same gloves on then when I said something about it they ignored me, a few employees laughed. So I got a refund, they never once changed they’re gloves after I said something and none of the employees did a thing.

I’ve been to many Dunkin’s. My favorite one is Bondsville, Ma. The crew seems top notch and very friendly. I like that several of the employees have been there for years and form a friendly relationship with the customers. they are always smiling and hustling.

I would give more then one star but this place has its ups and downs! I used to get my ice coffees here but only when one guy works he gets it right! So I switched to a coolata but I get there between 700 to 8 and almost 80% of the time can’t get no frozen drinks cause there Cleaning the machine. In my opinion why clean it when there still a hour or two left? Just a disappointment when going there!
