Manager was nice and other employees! BUT Wendy lady with glasses who worked the front register very nasty! I came for an order waited about 3-4 minutes before I asked for it to be checked on so after getting the order and was walking away she decided to talk poorly about me while other customers are there so I turned around and asked for the manager who she got just spoke with the manager and said she will talk with her if you’re going to talk poorly WAIT till the customer is gone so you can avoid a one star! Happy new year

Sitting outside for about 15 minutes at 3 am before they even tried to take my order, car at the window said they had been sitting here for a half an hour. There is a line at the drive-thru at 3 am when there is zero traffic out whatsoever. We pulled up to the drive-thru at 3:02 A.M. we literally ordered one coffee basic as it comes at the speaker… they finally took us at the window at 3:15 A.M. because the people that were sitting there in front of us for over 45 minutes drove off she apologized and asked what we wanted again because they didn’t even get our order. When the pepple in front of us complained the manager was extremely rude and making faces at them which I could see because no one inside was wearing a mask the girl at the window when we pulled up which was not the manager she was not wearing a mask as well.

Seriously disappointed. This has been my go to dunkin for a year. They’re now telling me, after months of loyal patronage, that they refuse to make my drink. I have been getting this drink the same way for months, with the receipts to prove it. Do not bother reaching out to me, I seek only to ruin you now

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN. They have lost my two coffees a day business and Starbucks will be my new home. For the third time in the past 2 months I waited over 25 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. To the point where other customers were pointing it out to the manager. I told her I’ve been standing at this window waiting for 25 minutes, to which she responded you need to listen better and pay attention someone else took your food. Afterwards she told me they would remake it then threw a freezing cold bag of food at me. The food I received was cold and both of my coffees were made completely wrong. I understand mistakes happen and they are understaffed, I have been more than patient the past two years. But the unprofessional employees is beyond me. I spend at least $50 a week at this store and now I will never go back.

All I ordered was bacon in the drive thru. Somehow they got my order mixed up with an order someone placed in store, and they ended up charging me for their $7 coffee instead so they upcharged me even after I questioned it. I didn’t have time to stop and get it sorted out because I was on my way to work. These people never know what they’re doing half the time.
