Please do not go to this location, the manager Kat with pink hair is so disrespectful as well as the young girls that work there. I have been going there for over 2 years every morning Monday thru Friday before I go to work and get the same exact thing every morning. They got my order wrong, not the first time and argue with you every time. Instead of correcting the error they made, they argue with you and keep arguing with you instead correcting the error they made. I asked for a refund and they tried to give me a dollar and some change from there tip jar for something that cost over $5. Who does this ?? Own up to your mistakes and treat your customers with respect. The manager does not respect customers and allows her staff to treat customers disrespectful and with attitude. Will be going elsewhere for my coffee and food. I would give them no stars if I could

Does the owner not read these? Manager and staff are extremely rude and do not get orders correct. I was waiting for my second drink I ordered, they said “sorry, you didn’t order that” I said yes I did, they said “well you didn’t pay for it” so I said “ok, I did order it, so I’d like to pay for it and get my drink” the “manager” came over and said “sorry we don’t take drinks at the window, you’ll have to drive around”. And it wasn’t just what they said but how they said everything as well. There was 1 car behind me. At least let me pull up while you make it, and let me pay for it.

Every time we visit this location, we are met with a serious attitude especially from the Hispanic girl with pink hair. Today asked a question about a deal on the DD app and she told me to learn to read and follow directions on app. Extremely rude every single time we visit this location. If it’s thus locations goal to drive customers away, you are succeeding. Two other major problems, the level of insufficiency and order errors. Be prepared to get wrong items and wait an exorbitant amount of time to get your wrong order. Worth the drive to go to the Main Street location, never have an issue over there.

Waited patiently for 3 minutes to order an iced coffee, only one person in front of me at the drive thru. Placed my order and sat behind the customer in front of me for an additional 5 minutes because she was chatting it up with her friend who was working the drive thru. Literally could see my iced coffee sitting on the counter as I was ignored by the employee and her friend as they tried setting up a time for them to get together. I eventually honked my horn to get their attention, and the female employee waived her long ghetto nails at me (as if to dismiss me) and shouted “Stop being so impatient “ to me and then tried carrying on her conversation with her friend as I waited and others behind me now were getting impatient. I put my car in reverse and the ghetto girl with bright red dreads and long nasty nails yells at me “You can’t do that!!” Well I did. As I drove away the employee continued to yell at me Where is the customer service??????

Wish I didnt have to give 1 star to write this review. The Chinese girl at the window and large Hispanic girl were extremely rude . Didn’t make my order correctly and when I asked them to remake it they refused when every other dunkin will do so. Don’t waste your money at this Dunkin.

I went in to order a signature latte. I waited at the counter for about 4 minutes. I received no acknowledgement. I left. Update: I gave online pickup a try. Still waited around 5 minutes for a cold brewed coffee that I ordered ahead of time and overheard a rather loud f-bomb from behind the counter almost immediately upon entering. There were no orders in front of me. The employees were too busy cleaning to acknowledge me or to notice my online order, and when they finally did, their tone was neutral & mechanical, as though they did not want to be there. I suppose this is the sort of service we get when a corporation tries to do coffee shop in a fast-food style: fast-food environment and fast-food service. Dunkin’ executives should go to Starbucks and learn about their shop ambience and service paradigm.

Tried to order on the app but it was down. Ordered and went to window got our food. Went to eat and drink it. The bagels weren’t toasted and the coffee wasn’t sweetend the right way. Had to bring it home and fix everything ourselves before we could go out.

I have a gluten allergy, so I couldn’t take advantage of the free donut. Coffee seemed watered-down, so there wasn’t much of a coffee flavor or cream flavor. It is a convenient place to go.

Got two grilled sandwiches, or they were supposed to be, but they messed up the cheese on one and the bread was super soft on both so I went back to ask they be toasted and they claimed they were so I said maybe there was something wrong with the toaster. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the woman snatched my bag and chucked it in the trash without a word. She remade the sandwiches and made sure to burn them this time instead, inside and out. They don’t use butter on the toast, so imagine how hard it was to choke it down completely dry and burnt on top of that. Not possible But the dog loved it. Took the Dunkin survey to let them know how I felt and they said I’d be contacted about the experience and I never was. That’s fine, I’ll just leave this review instead. And I’ll be better off getting a delicious breakfast at one of the many other better choices in town from now on. Update – corporate Dunkin ended up contacting me a week later.

I like to go inside and eat my small breakfast, but I’ll be buying my Dunkin orders somewhere else from now on. No one covers the order area here probably because they do a large takeout business. Therefor the last 3 times I ate here I waited at least 5 minutes before someone recognizes that there are customers! Today the absolutely rude red head said: “you all set?” I chuckled and said NO. She says, “well, what’s ya want”…..Really? So, I said I’d like to order. She literally threw my change at me and gave me the death look. Nope….not acceptable. I’m done.
